Very good experience all around. My order came out fast and was freshly made. The place was fairly clean and had a nice atmosphere. If you're looking for a place to grab a quick bite, check this place out.
The burgers ???? were delicious and freshly made. Me and my wife frequent this location when we want a quick lunch at a reasonable price. The Dave double is my favorite!!!. My wife enjoys her spicy nuggets if you want fresh food that is cooked best than this Wendy's is the spot.
Drive thru window service was fast, but received an all dry burger, barely warm. Conclusion: tighten up on the management asap.

Very fast service, and the workers are attentive. Food was good. The place however was not the cleanest, especially for those that choose to dine in. Food left on tables and counters, crumbs and napkins on floor and tables. And there’s never any napkins in the napkin dispenser. The cup lids are very hard to get out of the holder. Wifi never works, and only one ordering kiosk works. The TV plays the same thing over and over again, please have it on something other than racing. And it’s so HOT in here, it’s unbearable! Please have AC or fans on.
The food has always been cold and sloppy the handful of times I went. The service goes beyond terrible, expect to be ignored at the front counter for 20 minutes or so, have a bag shoved at you while the employee turns their back or scurries away. Also, they should really begin ensuring they actually have the stuff they sell before they charge you for it, that's happened several times and I wasn't trying to wait another 30 min on a refund. I didn't know Wendy's food was actually good til I tried it at the Manhattan side ferry terminal.
Went in this morning on my break, and the 2 employees completely ignored me. No eye contact, no greeting, and no service. Blew my break for a staff member who never acknowledged me. Management, you need to hire responsible adults instead of gettho kids.
It was very good, wait time like 5min if your immersed on your phone it’s like nothing, like the usual I was hungry not even a pic from my burger but everything else, they have a promo with and ice cream, even that in winter it’s cold take it is good.
Food is good, service is always hit or miss! Lots of young kids working, no real leadership.
