Waiting wasn't long, got our food within a minute from ordering it and I was lucky to find a heart shaped nugget. I got the spicy nugget meal and my daughter got the taco salad. I always get the delicious chocolate Frosty and she got the perfectly balance of flavor strawberry lemonade
I rarely eat fast food but was traveling solo on 90. Stopped for a wrap so I could eat and drive. It was not wrapped. Array of good components in tinfoil. Had to discard.
Drove through & ordered 2 orange Frostys. The guy in front of us ordered Frostys also & a small bag. It took them forever for both of our orders. Obviously the Frosty machine was broken, but instead of saying that, they threw this liquid foam into the cups. At the cost of $5 each we were really ticked off. The employees were more involved in giggling & talking to each other. Never greeted us. Service was like 2 toddler boys with a crush on each other. We paid about $10-12 for cups of foam we threw out. Overpriced anyway, but we love the orange Frosty so we wanted to grab one before they ended. This Wendy's service is always horrible. Most likely they think the majority of the visitors are coming off the thruway & they could care less.
Food is typically good if they get your order right. It always baffles me when I think of doing a physical hard labor job that requires remembering measurements among other things compared to having a screen right there to read and follow instructions, and some of these people in fast food actually make as much if not more than some construction workers at lower levels. I understand we're only human, but it's definitely a spot you want to check your bag/food before you leave/eat.
Tried their secret burger. I don't remember the name, but it has a chicken patty, lettuce, cheese, ranch, and pickles. I added mustard and ketchup to it, and HOLY was it GOOD!! Next time you stop by, get this. You will NOT regret it.
total joke, 35 minutes to get through drive thru (lobby was closed) there were 2 cars agead of us. food was cold.

Food is always good but the drive through wait is always outrageous. Waiting in line, ordering & receiving food always takes 20 or more minutes. I understand that proper staffing can be difficult however it becomes very frustrating.
Numerous health code violations. Meat is cooked raw. The kitchen is absolutely disgusting and never cleaned. You will likely get food poisoning if you go here. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SICK. horrible service and manager on top of all that.
