This is the closest fast food place to me and being on foot doesn't leave me many other choices. They manage to mess up our meal probably about 60% of the time. We also get long wait times at the counter inside when there's no one in the dinning room or the driveway through. Apparently that's the time for sharing their pronouns with the other staff members. Food is made well when it's made correctly though. Dining room often occupied by homeless people.
The baked potato was old, like the inside was brown and all the cheese and bacon was on top of the potato and underneath it but not actually inside of the potato itself, almost like they were purposefully trying to avoid opening the potato to not see that it was so old.
I had a breakfast Bacon Swiss Croissant Combo. It's a very disappointing menu that was the worst breakfast sandwich I've ever had. Taste was okay, but it was a very small portion with dinner roll nit like Croissant bread, and esrved with salty wedge potato not hash brown. Price wise, quality wise, it's unforgettable bad breakfast. Never recommend!
Got overcharged by $14 because they rang us up for the wrong order, didn't notice until a few days later because I work and was in a hurry that night to get my kiddo home for dinner and bedtime. Went back to get a refund, they offered to give me the food they incorrectly rang me up for but its nothing I wanted or like and i would much rather just have the money. Girl went in the back and came back out saying her gm said they don't do refunds especially four days later. Makes no sense that making me $36 of food was a better option than just refunding me the $14 difference between the meals. Refused to let me speak to the GM and now i have to dispute it with my bank. Awful food, awful service, avoid at all costs.
Last night, we had to go to the drive-thru to pick up food, and the employee working the window was absolutely one of the worst people you could encounter. My wife is one of the nicest people, and when she started interacting with this employee, the employees rolled her eyes and told my wife, " wrong answer, now go back around because I have someone behind you!" Now, like I said before ' my wife is a very nice person and was 100% ready with a name and number of her delivery ( she has a side hustle), and this employee treated her like garbage!. She finally received the order and we were on our way, but if you hate your job and feel like you need to take out your frustration and anger on whoever gets in your line of sight, quit your job and seek professional help!!
On April 25th, my family and I went to this location to get dinner; we waited in the drive-thru for close to twenty minutes with one car in front of us. We ordered a meal, two Frosties, and a kids hamburger meal, price came out to be around ~$21. At the window, the worker reiterated the total, charged our card, and then we spent an extra ten minutes waiting. Another guy basically pushed the food into our hands, closed the window, and we had to wait further to tell them we had "drinks" (Frosties).
Days later, we check the receipt, and we'd been charged $36 for a $21 order. We went in today (April 29th), and after waiting again for nearly twenty minutes, were told "we can't refund you", offered us food we don't want or need, and essentially wrung her hands about the whole ordeal and said that there's nothing she can do.
Beware this location; very clearly they don't train staff, aren't willing to take responsibility for their screw-ups, and are not worth the asinine prices they charge for lackluster food and experiences. We won't be coming back to this or any location after this incident.
This Wendys location is one of my favorites to visit for their awesome cup of chili with cheese????
The employees here are friendly and always helpful. I never had any issues with this location! It's clean and the service is actually quick with a cashier there at the ready like their position calls them to be! If only McDonald's could take some notice of how to properly staff their restaurants,man what a relief that would definitely be huh?
*Quick update as of February 19th, 2024*
For some reason or another, they finally decided it was time to cover up the only usable wall outlet that was located right on the brick wall next to the far left back end of the restaurant next to the quad seat table. ????

I like that s Wendy’s as it has that new soda dispensing machine. Which means there are lots of choices for customers who prefer soda that has no calories or no caffeine. Service is very fast as the 2 young servers are very focused and hardworking. Although the lineup is long the former d comes out very fast. Unfortunately the chilli is not hot, only warm at its best. But then the servers are very helpful. They microwave them for us. Fries and the nuggets are hot and tasty. I’ll definitely return to this location.
