So the lady at the drive thru window first of sounds super low energy like she doesn’t want to be there. I get it you might have had a long day idk how many jobs you have/what you did before work. But, she legit lied to me said they don’t carry mustard? Like what the hell so you every time I ever went to Wendy’s my double stack has never had muster on? Like lady you just gave me packets is it to much to ask to just open the packet and put it on like I shouldn’t have to open the burger you just gave me with my hands and put it in the burger my fingers are greasy and I went through the drive thru. It’s just straight up being lazy mat that point. Like my guy in the back has gloves on so you don’t get your food cross contaminated with my every day gems and work fingers. So I get to the window and asked the question again “so Wendy’s doesn’t have mustard?” She said “no……” and some long dragged out explanation mean the food was okay but I’m never going back to this one again I’ll go to Burger King next time across the street.
Purchased a $5 biggie and a baconator. No bacon on the baconator. Which wouldn't be that bad if my $5 biggie didn't have hair on it. And you know what's worse than finding a strand of hair on your food? Finding two strands of hair. Never again.
No reciept on bag so i cant proove what i ordered. Third time this month i ordered a pretzel chicken pub. And was given just a regular chicken sandwich. At least last time the chicken wasnt sitting out all morning like this one. Rubbery and not appetizing at all, and the ranch packet was sliced open
Glad to see the reviews are down since I quit, this store had a 17 year old running it for months without manager pay bc the managers are dog water and so is corporation. The workers deserve a Oscar on inspection day. I would never eat here in my life the horror stories are all true, enter at your own risk.
I ordered chicken Cesar salad and literally had my co worker watch my pluck 9 hairs from the salad! Manager offered refund! But what I really want is the last 30 minutes of my life back that was taken from me as I attempted to process why someone would shave their……..whatever in the damn salad. Manager’s explanation was that the Salads are pre-made in the morning and that he didn’t do it!

I order a Cobb salad and I thought it was weird the my onions were in condiments container. Instead of the pre-packaged that it usually comes in. I ate most of the salad and it had a weird taste the tomatoes were sour. So i just stop eating it. Not even 30 minutes after I put it in the garage. My stomach started hurting them I started vomiting. A hour later I had diarrhea. I can't sleep. I've been calling the restaurant and no answer
This Wendy's in Burlington on Route 1:30 is usually good today I receive warm fries and I ordered the number seven a bacon hamburger with lettuce and tomato I come out with a Baconator and it's not even on a pretzel bun. And I asked for the receipt so the cashier's like I wear out of paper and I told him I said I will come back if my sandwiches are right so now I got to drive all the way back to get the proper order. So I got back in line to get hot fries the sandwich felt hot but I didn't check it until I got home to eat my dinner. And then tried to call him on the phone and it's a fax number.
