I ordered a sandwich combo on the mobile app. About halfway through my sandwich, I bit into something that wasn’t part of the sandwich. I spit it out and out fell a screw. A WHOLE SCREW. I’ll be attaching the picture for reference. Then, I call the location and speak with Jeff G who claimed to be the manager and he was unphased and unhelpful. He offered an apology and couldn’t even refund me over the phone. Needless to say, I’ll be calling corporate and finding a lawyer.
I understand when service is a bit delayed sometimes because some crews are new and on-training. I appreciate the hard work they do for customer's satisfaction. At least, they try their best and it makes me like these guys because they are cool and not rude to customers. They are patient and hard working. Keep up the good work, guys! Thanks for your humble service!!
The New Hot Honey Chicken Sandwich is an experience for your mouth to behold. When you first bite in you get hit with sweet notes of onions and honey. This is followed by the salty, savory flavor of the fried chicken, which is engulfed by a habanero-like heat. This spiciness lingers with you as you encounter the beautifully tangy sour sensation of the pickle.
Excellent customer service at this Wendy's and the food was made perfectly.
Spicy chicken nuggets and fries were crispy and fresh.
Five dollar bundle is a steal, considering you get a double-stack, 4 piece nuggets, fries, and a drink.

What can I say about Wendy's that hasn't already been said? The food hasn't changed much which is nice. You can always count that you'll get good fast food for a reasonable price. Can't go wrong with a 5,6,or7 dollar biggie bag. I think of it as an adult happy meal without a toy, and if you have the frosty key tag then you get a free frosty. Depends on where you go for the Wendy's the one in clark is nice and respectful. The one in roselle needs a little help in that department sometimes.

Wendy's wouldn't take $2 bills. The employees were very confused and said they couldn't put 6 $2 bills in their safe because it was too many!????
Drive thru is really fast, ordering inside can take a little longer, but the food is great! I love Wendys and this one is definitely one that stands nicely for the brand
