Came through the drive through pretty late but still 2 hours before closing time. Ordered a Dave's double and a family 50 piece nugget. The burger patties were inedible as they had completely dried out and were cold. The 10 nuggets closest to the top of the bag were hot, fresh and delicious...the forty underneath were not.
Derek the Avon GM is an great guy he was my csr when I walked in very HELPFUL suggestive sales was A1, while take my order a problem customer was in drive thru , he excused himself to handle that and asked the assistant mgrs CeeCee & Netts to please the customers order on front counter. These ladies were helpful and apologize they took my order Daves Double meal sub my fries for 2 baked potatoes plan butter only. The cook on duty was Mike. Once my food was ready they bought out to me in dinning room, I'm a disabled veteran I must say if I could give them 10 Stars ???? ???? ???? ???? ???? ???? ???? ???? ???? ????
I ordered from this place twice in a row, didn’t give me my order correctly the first time, so I got a refund and tried ordering it again and still didn’t get my food. Look I love Wendy’s food, but this has to be the worst Wendy’s of all time by far. I genuinely refuse to eat from this place ever again if this is how they treat their customers.
Go to any other Wendy's location and save yourself the pain.

This poor Wendy's location gets a bad rap for one managers behavior, and unfortunately she is the person leading the team which is very scary for a business model.
I ordered the new pretzel Baconator combo and two six piece nuggets for my family on your "App" for "Dine In Service".
When I arrived I waited a minute until a polite young man came up to tell me they were out of pretzel buns for the "Pretzel Baconator Burger" combo which cost more than a regular Baconator with standard bun. I asked to change sandwiches because the pretzel bun was missing and would not be what was ordered.
After asking the employee; he asked the manager about the request to change sandwiches due to the missing bun that was ordered. Then the lady manager came to speak to me. Within two seconds into the conversation she came at me verbally from behind the counter like I did something wrong for this request when you are missing the correct ingredients for what was ordered.
The manager was very unpleasant and said I would have to take it up with doordash app but this was placed on their Wendys app as a Dine In Service. I informed her this was ordered on the Wendy’s App and that doorhash would have anything to do with this. Unacceptable behavior from a manager when all you had to do was substitute one sandwich for another.
The best part is I had to wait for 25 to 30 minutes after speaking with said manager at the front counter. They proceeded to forget about me and make anywhere from ten to twenty drive through orders in front of mine. Then I was asked what I had ordered and went over it with the a young man. If you are going to eat here you will want to go through the drive through since your car would be blocking the window and they would have to serve you in order to get your food.
I wish that someone would take a look at the video from this night as they would see a very patient customer standing at the counter for thirty minutes before being served. I was also given the incorrect order after waiting, but a young man helped correct this quickly. When I got to the table to give the food to my wife and five year old that were waiting the entire time were served Cold French Fries which are "Not Hot and Crispy" as advertised , but the rest of the food was okay minus the missing pretzel bun. After the long wait I not dare ask the front counter for fresh fries as the managers attitude was already very sour.
I was never given a copy of the receipt so that I could not give a survey. The wait time was 100% intentional on as the manager spoke with the other workers who were so polite.
Other associates were pleasant and reasonable. And I received the wrong bag of food at first. The young gentleman helped correct that.

Extremely rude manager on duty on 12-22-23 at 7pm. She has no business in customer service. I couldn't get her name because she refused to return to the counter even though I asked politely a half a dozen times. No one would answer the phone when I called either. I hope whoever this woman is will be spoken to by her supervisor and go thru customer service and manager training again or find a job she can actually do.
First of all the drive thru window people are not polite. The fries were only half full and not fresh. Baconator patties were dry and the bacon was not even strips but just a bunch of tiny pieces of broken-up bacon. They did not put enough mayo or other sauces on the burger.
Several tables dirty & floor. Not many customers (10 right now) One of two sandwiches made wrong.
Also had someone else's sandwich wrong.
Not "taken" cash right now for some reason.
Napkins sitting in bag next to where they go.
Cashier never gave me my receipt, asked to see it later. If I hadn't been standing near counter, I never would gotten our food, the order had been cleared off screen and that's why she needed my receipt.
To the owner, the problems with this location have been going on for years & that's why we hardly go here. This is the kind of service it is know for.
Couldnt even ordered food. Their giant sign says they open at 6am. Went at 10am for a sandwich but doors were locked, drive thru wasnt answered, and employees wont go to the window to help you. Its highly unprofessional. If you cant open please put a sign on the window or turn your lights off.
