Fries all clumped/cooked together and tasted as if not salt was added. Most were undercooked at the center of the clumps. All of my lettuce was just the rib part. And even though the last pic doesn’t do it justice the patty was a giant square/rectangle that did not fit on the bun at all. Some ppl might like that; I do not.
We spent $20+ for 2 number 1s. Higher cost should equal some kind of better quality/assurance of being prepared properly.
Dont order anything with Bacon after 10pm. Bacon had died on the line probably over an hour prior. Theres food times for a reason. I work late so its not the first time this has happened at this location. If i only paid 5$ i probably wouldnt care. The fact that i paid 13$ for 2 burgers, a half flat coke, and a lrg chili. Yes im going to call and complain.
This is one of the worst fast food restaurants I’ve ever been too. The floor is always disgusting and all the surfaces are sticky. The staff just sits on their phone and text the entire time and do nothing. Using their phones while preparing food and the food quality is terrible. I will never go back to this location. Save yourself the trouble and avoid it. Management seems nonexistent.
There was literally an insect in my apple pecan salad when I opened the lid.
Food was cold.
Table and floors dirty.
Bathroom had no soap.
Had paper towels but not in holder.
Garbage cans overflowing.
Lazy staff.

Was very disappointed. This being a new Wendy's, I thought they would be on top of things. My baconator was stopped together and everything sliding off when I unwrapped it. And I asked before I pulled away if spoon was in bag and was told yes when it wasn't after I pulled away. So got out to go in to get one to find both lobby doors was locked. With no kind of sign to tell customers it was or why or when it would be open. So after walking to both sides of store I had to walk up to drive thru window with another customer there. Which is not something I EVER have done and hated it. But the drive thru was so backed up I couldn't go back thru that . Plus my frosty was already melted enough from this. Overall a very bad experience. ☹️????
Usually very friendly service during time when breakfast is served. The majority of their breakfast is very good and there's almost never a line in the drivethru
???? Pumpkin Spice Frosty needs to be removed from the menu asap! I have no idea what is going on with this concoction but I actually gave it to my dogs ???? after 2 spoons ????. It really does taste horrible.
Also, a large visible sign should be placed at the counter .. where registers are … that read, All Orders Taken at Kiosk. If so, I would have avoided the embarrassment of the three young ladies behind the counter handing me fleeting and condescending looks as I just stood there waiting for someone to come take my order. After about 5 minutes, one of them finally instructed me to use the kiosk and that Wendy’s no longer wishes to communicate with their customers but has decided to double down on the drive thru alone. Since they can’t figure out how to handle both in-house and drive thru as well as CFA, they give up and focus on one instead of both. Pretty lame.
