I've never been here before g is day and I will never go again. The place was completely empty with what seemed like 18 employees working and their friends hanging out. The food was terrible. The loaded fries were congealed nacho cheese with a full strip of cold bacon thrown on top ( see pics) terrible
Went through the drive through and there’s a ghetto female or it may have been a guy (couldn’t tell honestly) that was working. I arrived around 8:40ish pm 04/16/2024 and I placed my order. She was rude from the beginning and told me before I pulled off (to go to the window) in a rude manner have my payment ready before I get to the window. So I pulled out the drive through (didn’t even want the food and wasn’t about to pay for that kind of service). Then as I’m waiting to turn out the parking lot she came out the store and started screaming something at me. I’m very confused (at this point) and she should be careful because you never know…the next person might be crazier than you (I could have been a whole murder). What in the world are y’all hiring!!! It was empty and I think the car in-front of me did the same thing because I seen them leaving as well. First time at this location and never again!
I normally don’t leave negative comments like that, but I couldn’t let that go, that was crazy!!! If Wendy’s offer therapy as a benefit, I pray that employee take advantage, cause something is truly wrong. Better yet, just go found another job if burgers and fries making you act like that. I’ve worked in food service, so I understand. However, I have walked away from plenty of them, because honey it’s never that serious. I pray God help you and protect you!!!
I Will never come to this location again. Lady at the drive through was loud,mean, rude, she's pushy and acts like she has no time for you. She rushed me to take my order. If I thought about it for a second she said let me know when you're ready. 3 times I've been there, the same lady the same attitude. Will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. 10 negative starts
This Wendy's location has very rude staff members. Today, at the pick-up window, a woman abruptly and haphazardly dangled a bag in my general direction (rocket hot cup of chili in this order, mind you), while simultaneously, and rather mockingly, saying, "Here you go! Okay, bye! Bye! Bye!" Exact quote. (!!!)
Bye, bye, bye, three times, and I hadn't even been given my entire order, yet?! Then, another staff person who then handed me the rest of my order -- a large Diet Dr. Pepper -- (could have been male or female -- all I could see was an arm) did so by just anonymously reaching around the frame of the window (the window was completely covered with promotional decals) and held it out there, for me to reach out of my window to grab it. This is not the first time I've been treated poorly by staff members at this Wendy's location. But it is the last time.
I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Wendy's in Longwood on 434. What was supposed to be a quick meal turned into a test of patience and a demonstration of poor customer service.
Upon my arrival at the drive-thru window, I was met with complete indifference. Despite the fact that I was clearly visible to the employees inside, and waiting to be served, the staff chose to ignore me for a staggering 10 minutes. This blatant disregard for a customer's time was not only unprofessional, but also completely unacceptable.
In an era where customer service is key to any successful business, this Wendy's branch seems to be lagging far behind. The staff exhibited a lack of respect and disregard for a patron waiting to be served, effectively tarnishing the reputation of the establishment.
It's safe to say that my visit to Wendy's in Longwood on 434 left a bitter taste in my mouth, and it wasn't because of the food. Side note, this happened to my family once before but chose to give this location another chance since it’s close to home. The neglect I experienced was enough to dissuade me from returning again. I would recommend potential customers to consider other dining options where their time and patronage will be valued.
The Only reason I am giving this location a great rating is for one reason, DESTINY!!!! She is the most polite and conscientious young lady. She managed to keep her composure in the middle of a very stressful and chaotic atmosphere. If they could hire about 10 more like her they would really be doing something. You rock Destiny!!!
I COME TO THIS WENDYS EVERYDAY ROUND LIKE 9:00PM WHEN I GET OFF WORK !! THE GUY , THE MANAGER HE CAN BE AT TIMES PROBABLY HAVING A BAD DAY BUT HE STILL SMILE AND GIVE ME FRESH HOT FOOD HE NEVER TURN ME DOWN !!! THE WHOLE CREW SO NICE VERY FRIENDLY , SOMETIMES I CAME IN THE STORE. THE STORE WILL BE CLEAN AND SMELLING GOOD , I SIT DOWN AND OBSERVE THE HOW EVERYBODY WORK AND THEY ALL MOVE FAST , NICE STAFF , NICE CREW I LOVE THE FOOD THATS WHY I COME EVERYDAY????
Longwood would be so much better off with this chain closed down and something else put in its place. With so few options in the area, it’s a real letdown how very little this chain cares about their customers and customer service. Every time I attempt to give this chain another chance, I regret it. Many times I have been left to sit at the drive thru box with not so much as a greeting for SEVERAL minutes with no other customers in the store or drive thru line, only to drive away and see the workers standing / messing around. Again, as a full-time working mom with three kids, now and then fast food is a last resort for dinner when on the go and with so little options, we have given them chance after chance. Tonight we drove away to go right across the street to McDonald’s, which we have had to do many times in the past. In future we will go straight to McDonald’s and will never again give Wendy’s another thought, let alone chance. Such a shame. CLOSE DOWN THIS WENDYS AND OPEN UP SOMETHING ELSE.
