If I could do zero stars I would. Not only did they give me raw food, their customer service was horrible. After I asked if I could get a receipt, I had three people say it’s in the bag, and when I checked it wasn’t. So when I told them about this, the manager went, “do you really need a receipt?” I did because I was using my mother in laws card and she wanted a receipt. I get home to eat, then my sister took two bites of her sandwich and when she went to take a third, she realized it was raw. So I took the sandwich back to Wendy’s and the woman named Melanie straight up told me, “well what do you want me to do with that?” I told her I want a new sandwich or refund and after I said that. She slammed the window in my face and started talking and laughing to her coworkers about me saying “why did I come up here with this raw sandwich” and “what does she want me to do” after I told her to open the window to speak to me about this, I told her I was going to contact corporate, she said while rolling her eyes, “go right ahead” worst experience and will never go back
My food was cold number 1 and then you guys didn’t even have melted cheese 3 hrs old fries at that and bacon bits filled with old bacon grease hardening the fries when I clearly ordered a baked potato. That’s sick. And all they was in there was grated cheeses and greasy bacon
It has been better service ( walkin) overall it was Good not Great. We were not very hungry, purchased 2 $4for$4. Service received 3 stars because "some" not ALL employees need to incorporate "professional conversations" at their work stations
I love wendys and come to this location very frequently. My experience is usually great. But there is one employee, a taller, heavier, African American gentleman with curly hair and I believe glasses, who is rude and has no sense of customer service. He ALWAYS gets my order wrong and is never apologetic about doing so. He is careless when ringing customers up at payment window and always has a condescending attitude. He should not be working there.
I would give this place a solid 4 or 5 if it weren't for him. It's sad that the work of all the other employees who care about their job and have a good work ethic is overshadowed by such an incompetent and careless employee.
Husband went to the drive thru and ordered 2 biggie bags with burgers and a 2 for 6 with a grilled chicken and nuggets. The chicken sandwich i was given, looked like it was freezer dried, then cooked hours earlier, sat all day, then put on the grill to char and warm it up..didn't bother to change the soggy lettuce or disgusting tomatoes... Epic fail Wendy's on North Ave and Cicero. I've worked in a restaurant for 20 + years, i would've NEVER served food like this or give it away for free..
ordered a #11 and they completely messed up my order. chicken was so thin completely fried with no meat. it was disgusting, 2 bites and I threw it away. frys were cold and taste old. I will never come back here.
The good thing about the food was it was hot,but you can tell the price went up, but the food has gotten smaller. They need to make the sandwich the way they would like to have their food made
Visited this location at 3pm on a Friday and they have their doors locked, only accepting drive thru orders. I see why they have so many bad reviews.
