I ordered $47 worth of food for my grandchildren. When I drove up to the window, I handed the person a $50 bill, and she would not accept it, stating that her manager told her not to accept the bill. The money was good, they never inspected it, they just refused to accept it. I pulled off and went to Hardee's... They accepted the $50, and we enjoyed the food and left.
Here's another fast food chain, it's good, and made fresh. I chose the small meal for $6 it included a choice of burger, 4 chicken nuggets, fries and a drink! Not a bad price and enough food to keep that hungry feeling away. Staff don't say much but are helpful, service is good and pretty quick.
I drove through the drive-thru. Order was taken quickly and accurately in repeating my order back to me. The young lady served my food with genuine kindness and a smile. The fries were hot and my burger was too and delicious. -DJ Lady Bea
Food was good and prepared fast. Lobby and sitting area was gross.
The food and service were disappointing and the experience caused me to reevaluate whether this franchise is still in my top 5.
Very interested place to dine at. Friendly workers with a lot of personality. Kind and polite. A massive moth flew in and flew around, was basically dinner and a show. Might come back.
Started off with person who took the order sound irritated we were there. She never gave me a price of my order just took the order and then after about a minute of waiting for a price she then proceeded to tell me to just pull around. After getting my order I realized we got no straws for our drinks, and the ranch my daughter and I were both supposed to get was sweet and sour sauce. I would've left this elsewhere but we also never received a receipt. Management really needs to do better training.
Terrible. Messed up my order and then took 30 mins to go back through the drive thru and there were only like 4 cars in front of me. Every time I come here they mess something up.
