We came in on a Saturday night. Manager was working the register, helping the (elderly) lady in front of us. They were out of something she asked for. He was so professional and sweet to her!
Our turn came up and they were out of fries but did have seasoned fries. THEY WERE SO GOOD! once again, manager apologized profusely and he let us know that he is training a whole new kitchen staff.
Well our food came out and our burgers were made perfectly! Cheese wasn’t sliding off, tomato and onion was actually ON The burgers.
Good job Mr manager on your training and good job on your newly trained staff!

I'm not sure what has happened at this location recently, but in the last month or so someone at this location has decided everything needs to be way overcooked. Visited a few weeks ago for one of the nacho cheese burger things and the bun was either ridiculously stale or toasted into a brick. I figured ok, something must have just been off.
Just returned home from another visit, this time with a pretzel bun sandwich and the burger patties are ridiculously overcooked, with the bun being again a dry brick. Same thing; either stale or just way overcooked. It's supposed to be nice and soft. Instead I can barely bite into this thing without everything squeezing out because the bun may as well be made of cardboard.
Pretty disappointed in a $20 meal at what used to be a decent location. Not sure if this place has new staff, new management, or what. Came through the drive through and while it was at least fairly quick (which I'd expect for 2:30PM), the staff inside seemed overly interested in talking about test driving cars at no/low credit dealerships. Maybe they got bored cooking the food and left it on for an extra minute or five? I don't know. Just... bad.
I hate leaving bad reviews. I wanted to love our local Wendy's, but the fries were not fresh at all and even more disappointing was the chili tasted like it had been sitting around for days. We should have known as we never see many cars in the parking lot or drive through.
I always order a dbl cheese with ketchup & mayo only…easy on the mayo…easy enuf…NOT!!!! 9 outta 10 burgers are WRONG!!!!!! But this WENDYS gave me the best burger I ever had!!! TY!!
Went through the drive-thru for breakfast today and wanted to try their 2 for $3 bundle. The lady said they aren't doing that deal anymore and they don't have any biscuits left. Why would they have the sign up and why is it on your menu if you don't have it anymore? No response. I can also order it online and get the same deal. I think the employee must be just lazy and not want to do any work today.
Just visited for the first time. The Wendy's in Castle Rock and restaurant was incredibly clean, staff and manager were positive, energetic and welcoming and the food was fresh and piping hot!
It was not a great experience. The order was wrong, and they charged me for a burger I never received. Don't think the person doing drive through was really listening to the order being placed. Definitely a branch that is recommended to check your order no matter if it's small or large before you leave the drive through and ask for a receipt to compare what they charged you for compared to what you ordered or received.
