thew all the food in the bag upside down, had to divide all fries and nuggets ourselves. didn’t give us a frosty we ordered and closed the window expecting us to leave. had to ask to sub the frosty for a drink, worker said “i don’t care”. at least she gave us a large for it.
also gave all the wrong dressings
Fast and completely what I was after. Store wasn’t crazy busy and my food was hot and correct. No complaints
They usually make mistakes in my order and this time wasn't any different. They only got the sauce wrong this time but you always have to ask for napkins or you'll never get them. ????
This time around the management was being particularly nasty to one of the workers, prompting this review. He got 'bossed around' several times. He was yanked away in the middle of taking my order to wait to hand someone else an order that wasn't even completed yet. Very poor attitude/work ethic from the manager. Having to ask for a pin number to use the bathroom seemed a bit excessive. I see the other video in the reviews and kinda get it but what's the point when it isn't kept up anyway?
I rarely go here and I'd hardly recommend. ????
The restaurant is DISGUSTING. Soda all over the floor, sticky, food and straw wrappers literally everywhere. Every single table has something left from the previous person who used it. I get it’s mostly teenagers who come in and make a mess but come on, this is literally yall job. No gloves or hairnets!!!!!! Manager was on the phone picking up her pants while handling food!!!!!
Food is basic, sometimes poor. An example would be the fries, cold and stale. Also, service can be better as they got my order wrong. Wrong sauce, burger and didn’t even provide a straw.
The taste of food is not going. The coke machine is broke and not working. Everywhere are water on floor. The washroom are too dirty.

Cold hamburger and out of pecans for the apple pecan salad made for a less than appetizing meal. Honestly, the place looked closed down when we pulled up....that should have been a warning!
