I went to Wendy’s about a week ago and ordered a Biggie bag. I don’t usually eat Wendy’s but wanted to grab something fast. First of the all the wait was about 20 minutes and I was the only one in the drive through. I finally got my food, sat down and looked at my burger. There were small chunks of raw meat on my burger. I tried calling the location multiple times with no answer. If I could give them zero stars then I would.
I ordered a salad today & the presentation was HORRIBLE. Like are you really serving people this to eat . A few weeks back I had a salad from there & it looked good & it was a decent size. Today the salad dish was way smaller & the vegetables was not fresh. You can compare the pics and see the difference. Definitely not worth the price.
Ordered around 10:0010:35pm through the drive-through. One of the workers was screaming the whole time in the background. Got 5 biggie bags and they got the orders wrong multiple times. The patties were burnt and I suspect it was on purpose. Ordered Dr. Pepper and it wasn’t Dr. Pepper. Wendy’s closes hours after we ordered so this is just gross. Hope the employees working at that time get fired and the food was bitten out of which is a violation of food regulations. I will be calling this Wendy’s again tomorrow because they didn’t pick up when I got home, probably because it’s those same workers that messed with our foods. Hope they get fired, honestly. Don’t work at a fast food joint if you can’t handle “late” orders, this job isn’t even hard.
We love coming here they have never messed up our orders. Sometimes, the lobby is closed due to staffing issues. I get that a lot of restaurants are. The manager is amasing. Food is always hot and fresh. Most of the complaints are people who got food, then drive many miles away, then complain that their food is cold.
Every time I come to this store I have a good experience. The food has been right on & good. The morning drive thru lady is wonderful.
Food was crispy fresh Wendy’s. Consistent Wendy’s experience. Complies with my mouth and stomach. Entered food into my face. Chicken was crispy on the sandwich. Would eat here again…but experiences may vary depending on staff and quality control as all fast food stores are a gamble. And your stomach may or may not explode later.
Went tonight around 8:20 and ordered a few JBC burgers and a regular cheese burger plain as I was ordering the gentleman on the speaker was rushing me. When I received the food, I checked to make sure everything was in the bag and noticed the frys were very room temp. I asked the young gentleman if I could have fresh frys because mine were not hot. He took the frys back through the window and told me to pull forward eventhough there was Noone behind me. Before I pulled forward I watched the guy hand another guy the frys and they dropped them back in the oil to heat them up. He came out with my "fresh frys" not even one minute after I pulled up. Tasted them and they didn't even bother to resalt the frys that they placed back into the oil and burned off. If that wasn't enough, my sons buger I asked to be plainhad mustard ketchup and a burger set up. I will NEVER go back to this location.
Long story short, check.your.items. The workers don't care about their job.
The wife ordered me a Baconator weeks ago and brought it home, and it didn't have the right bread. I called, and the manager Rajay Swell he told me that the next time I come in, he'll take care of me. I went today, and he was the most nicest guy. He remembered me, and he did take care of me by providing me with another Baconator. People like him make me continue to come back, keep up the good work, leadership, and good attitude!!!
