4 employees were out back smoking cigarettes and chatting while there was a huge line. They were there the whole 20 mins I sat in the drive thru. 4-24-2024 8pm.
DON'T STOP HERE IF YOU ARE SHORT ON TIME. Took over 25 minutes to get my food after they prioritized orders for people behind me. Nothing much of order going on behind the counter, and the cashier was trying to pick up all the slack, just to deal with the frustrated customers for problems she didn't cause.
I want to always support local business, but this is the third time I have spent over45 minutes in the drive through line with only four vehicles ahead of me. They are taking and cooking one order at a time. I know staff is hard to get, but this has to improve! It’s unacceptable. I don’t like complaining but something has to be done????! Sat. 5/4. Just got my food 15 minutes later (1 hour now). My fries and nuggets were turned upside down in the bag and are all over my burger. Ahhhhh????
Stopped in for a quick breakfast, my cashier Ashley was super friendly and helpful. Food came out quick and was hot and fresh. Thanks for the great service. ????
This Wendy’s is attached to a gas station. The floor had been cleaned recently (wet floor signs were still posted), but the tables were all dirty. I ordered through the mobile app and picked up at the counter. Some of the order was missing and the worker was pretty confused on how to fix the request.
That $6 biggie bag wont worth a curse word. On thing was good was my fruit punch beverage and the sweet and sour sass sauce... the dang gone bag even sucked..
Pretty sure the poor girl working the register must be on work release or something. She most definitely was there under duress. I’ve never seen anyone who was more obvious about not wanting to do their job. It would have been a little better if they actually had the food that is on their menu but that’s obviously too much to ask.
So we are traveling and stopped to grab a quick breakfast at this location. I ordered the chicken biscuit combo and the cashier was not friendly at all!!!!!!! The chicken biscuit was horrible no honey butter the chicken was dry and nasty !!!!!! This is by far the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to!!! Then went to get my sweet tea and there was no lids and the area was nasty . So disappointed to waste my money and now no food .
