Got takeout from here today(05/01/2024) (Approximately 5:00pm) and got a vanilla frosty cold brew with my order, when I got down to the bottom of my drink there was a piece of metal at the bottom of my cup I can only assume was a piece of the frosty dispenser machine. This is disgusting and it’s safe to say I won’t be returning to this Wendy’s any time soon. Whoever made this coffee should be fired.
25 minute wait, stuck at the order terminal having the same worker ask me what I want to order as if they are giving people their orders and moving the line forward. Finally get 'close' with 2 cars ahead of me just to see them offer my drink to each person multiple times and twice it was grabbed and brought into the other person's car before being given back to the staff, asked for them to give me a fresh drink you know for food safety reasons and they acted as if they couldn't hear, repeated myself and they closed the window.
If you like waiting for your food, you will often hear 9/10, "Can you pull up to the black fence!" This also happens while they aren't busy and have plenty of staff standing around. However, they are still better than McDonald's overall.
After waiting too long for my simple order it was wrong and I was told that's what I ordered, which was incorrect statement.
While I was standing in line waiting I watched the most disorganized kitchen I've ever seen, for some reason they were just throwing the sandwiches away right off the grill. Must of been a manager that came over and started chucking thee food in an attempt to clear the backlog and start over.
Back to my incorrect order which had cool soggy fries, the wrong sandwich and a order taker telling me I ordered a sandwich that my best description would be a chicken nugget on a roll.
To be told by the order taker that's what I ordered and then just stare into space without another word, clueless.
This store are a nightmare, I put the nugget sandwich on the counter and left, never to return.
Why any reasonable store owner would leave the place in the hands of incompetent workers is a testament to how much they care about their business or customers.
If I owned this store I'd be living there making sure everything was running like it should.
Employees are always so nice here. The food is always fresh and served super fast. We go here once every few weeks and have consistent experiences there.
I've been to this Wendy's a number of times, and.... it's a Wendy's. My orders have all been correct roughly 98-99% of the time when I've come here, and the food has always been either good,or ok, by the fast food quality scale.
Unfortunately, it feels as though no pride is taken and it shows in how the meals are presented items literally slapped together with no care for the quality of what is being placed inside the burgers ie.. lettuce that should never be placed on a burger or sandwich, fries that were not even warm and felt almost soggy/rubbery to chew. Definitely not the Amazing fast food that is was back 20-30 years ago. My hope, is that not all locations are allowed to operate like this.

This is unacceptable.I HAD TO TRHOW IT AWAY. I was on my 30 minutes lunch and took it to work to find out hair in my food.
It’ll be wonderful if hair nets comes back even is is for the people in kitchen only(the cook and the person who prepare food.
