I ordered and had my meal inside. The staff were courteous and kind. We didn't have to spend a lot of money for good food.
Wendy's is a classic place to go for a fast food fix. The freshly made square burgers are always juicy and delicious, and the Frosty is a perfect sweet treat to finish off a meal. The menu offers a great variety of options, from salads to sandwiches. The staff is always friendly and the restaurant is clean and welcoming. The consistency of preperation is really on point. Overall, Wendy's is a reliable choice for a quick and satisfying meal.
I ordered a plain double stack. I was very clear about enunciating the word “PLAIN” clearly and loudly, because I know that sometimes people mishear things. But this was pure lack of attentiveness on the workers’ parts. And the nuggets and fries are literally cold to the touch. Totally inedible. I get that it’s fast food, but you guys should have some kind of standard. Did you guys just throw some of the fries and nuggets from last night into the bag and think “yup, good enough,” or what? I want my $8 back.
I honestly feel that the gal who took my order was angry in life. She was rude, abrupt and short with us. She didn't listen and she didn't thank us for our business. If I had to deal with her daily I'd stop coming to the store.
The person who took our order was extremely rude and acted like we were a bother. It's a shame that color comes into play when you are simply getting fast food.
I tried again to get some good food from this place and they failed again. Burger was barely warm and the just threw everything together so when I open the box, it looked like it was dropped. That's how bad it was. No one takes pride in their work anymore there, it's easy to see.
They were super nice and let me try the orange creamsicle frosty for free.
I usually love their food, but these last two orders have been gross. The fries were obviously old and refried in old grease. I couldn’t even eat them. Ordered nuggets today and the same situation so I called the store to let them know they need to change their grease because the food tastes like old grease and she said “we fry our food in grease”… just know she’s lucky I wasn’t there.
