I went through the drive through at about 10:30pm on may 22nd and I got a classic chicken sandwich. It was SO DRY I couldn’t even chew it. It had to have been sitting it for at least an hour. Unacceptable. Absolutely inedible.
Food is old bread stale fries are dry just like the chicken nuggets. Walking into the building unfriendly everyone seems to be hanging out. I’m sure just for a check Wendy’s need to step it up on this location big time.
I guess inflation hit Wendy's. Got me and my wife a size small chocolate frosty and they bring us this kiddie small toddlers cup size. Last time I got a frosty they were twice as big for a small! Not doing that again.???????? I ain't paying $2.50 for a teenie weenie kiddie cup again!
Where should I start? The entire staff should have a mandatory training on “Active Listening” My wife and I went to grab a quick bite to eat and at the drive-thru we placed our order, very simple too. We get to the window and paid, I was handed 1 drink and 1 frosty. Then the dude at the window just stuck his hand out the window with our bag of food and didn’t even acknowledge me in the slightest, then I have to raise my voice to ask if that was everything? He just stuck his hand out with window with a thumbs up (????????) so I exclaimed how poor his customer service was and drove off… they messed up the entire order and well our kids got to eat tonight and we didn’t. I will Not Be back to this location! Poor food quality and terrible customer service! I rate this establishment at -5 ⭐️
I’m not sure why the hell you would have your open time for 6am when your employees won’t even open the store or make food until 7. It’s false advertising and quite frankly super unprofessional.
Wonderful lunch today. Had the Biggie Bag with Jr Bacon Cheese Combo. First time in a long time the burger was made to perfection. Crispy Fries with hot nuggets. Topped off with my key chain chocolate frosty. Clean tables. Easy to see store from street with good deals on signage. Counter staff could have been more friendly.
I came here for breakfast in the drive thru and the teenager with red and black hair taking my order was very rude not only did she have a rude tone, she had an airpod in so she could not hear what I was saying and I had to repeat myself multiple times. Along with got my order wrong then got mad at me for asking for my missing food. I left still missing one item.
The food was fantastic especially the employees they are fantastic and they have done a tremendous job I look forward to coming back and eating there again....Thank you ????????
