While Wendy's food is average, and on par with any other fast food burger place, they always seem to get my order wrong, run out of items, or have register issues where they can only accept cash. This has been consistent for me regardless of location.
I useually never have an issue at Wendys, this one was not so good. Friendly staff but my burger was cold, the cheese NOT melted and the bun was stale. I got drive through. But I didn't eat until I got home where I could heat up my burger properly. Nice try Wendy's. Thank you.
typical Wendy's however I took my son in here about 10 minutes before close all of the menu boards were black and I asked if they had a paper menu they did not the woman at the counter who I then found out was the manager told me that they went off automatically so that they could close the restaurant in that if I wanted to order I sent that through the drive-thru. She was incredibly rude and the poor cashier that was helping me seemed embarrassed.
Worst service EVER. FROM THE MANAGER AND THE YOUNG IGNORANT PERSON WHO ADMITTED THEY WERENT DOING THEIR JOB. WHATS THE POINT OF HAVING HEADPHONES ON IF YOU NOT GOING TO LISTEN TO THE ORDER? AND THE MANAGER MUST BE MESSING WITH THE YOUNG GIRLS BECAUSE IF YOU TJE MANAGER WHY WOULDNT YOU WANT TO GIVE YP YOYR NAME? WHY WOULD YOU WANT TO TRY AND SAY YOU ARE NOT PART OF THE SITUATION? YOU ARE THE MANAGER. ANY SITUATION THAT HAPPENS IN THERE IS A SITUATION THAT YOU ARE APART OF. THATS OART OF BEING THE MANAGER. ????????????????????
I ordered on the app and went inside to pick it up. I was ignored for several minutes. I ordered a double stack with no onion and added mayo, lettuce and bacon (for an extra dollar). It had a very strong onion flavor, like they were on there and were taken off. There was no bacon and this was the lettuce.
This place is dirty and managment is shot. I ordered a baconator with crispy bacon . The bacon was raw and the worker said there was nothing he could do. The manager then came out. I asked for my money back and was denied. I hadnt even taken a bite yet. Trash wendys.... o the place was filthy too. Never again wendys... Lost a life long customer all because workers are retarted. Bye
Used the mobile app and drive thru. My food was not hot. I should not have eaten it; I paid the price. The frosty was good, so I gave 1 star.
Nov 2019 -- Food was as expected - it is Wendy's. The place was empty at 5:30, yet the tables, floors and soda fountains needed to be cleaned and restocked. Looked like no one cleaned the dining area after lunchtime. Been here many times before but never saw it this dirty.
Jan 2023 -- Still sloppy. I was walking by and it looks like this Wendy's got a new power blower. The parking lot is spotless, but there are piles of leaves and trash on the sidewalk and at the bus stop.
