Fixed the drive thru order quickly, thank you!
Burgers were fresh and so was the lettuce and tomato.
Lack of cleanliness, service, and management. Do Not Use mobile order and highly recommend to save yourself the time and aggravation. Completely disorganized, no management skills at all. The MOD decided to leave the busy drive thru and front lobby full of customers to got talk and hold a puppy in the foyer. Floors were nasty with food all over station and drink area. When I complained about waiting for so long for a mobile order, at this point at least 20 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready… the manager on duty, Crystal said, I am sorry we are busy right, which in a normal situation I would agree but my response was “why leave your staff to go hold a puppy in foyer in ‘your busy’ period”. If you’re going to use that as an excuse, at least think about what you’re saying so you don’t look like an idiot oh yeah, and here’s a picture of the manager holding the puppy.
I went through drive through, middle of day, not to busy.
The lady on the mic didn't sound like she cared or wanted to be there, same thing with the lady at the window (maybe same person). I got my drink before my food, but I didn't get my straw until I got my food, which took about 2 minutes. Which was ok for a average driver thou time.
I ordered a Triple Cheeseburger, with fries.
The fries were good. But the burger was dry and tasted old.
Overall, Below average.
The drive thru attendant was rude, spoke with mouth half closed and tongue in her teeth.. could not understand her not one bit.. I ordered 3 of the 4 for $4 and evidently if you don't know they have it you couldn't find it in the bottom right corner of the menu block in drive thru with very dull lights and another sign blocking the menu.. I don't recall being told that a cheeseburger with a wilted onion ring and soggy pickles and ketchup... Thought I had an option of what kind of sandwich I wanted not the one they give me..
You up the price but the meat don't get no bigger, why would I want to buy a skinny nickel thick patty and lazy limp onion rings??
The menu on the web site says made just Right!! Hahaha that pretty funny considering the size and condition of this burger and nugget combo.. it was nasty and I will not eat at Wendy's in Pulaski Virginia anymore..
I had to throw my food away and I can not believe $15 an hour I get an individual who hates their job.. some of us would love to have your job..
Great fresh, fast(for supper time on a Saturday), and a correct order of food. The service and food were seriously better than any other fast food from Pulaski we have had in months! Bonus was it was all fixed correctly and nothing missing! Gr8 job Wendy's and employees working this evening from 530p-7p!
Ordered through the app for dine in. I got to the restaurant and checked in on the app as directed by the instructions. According to the app my food would be made after checking in (1237). I waited for a long time while other orders were placed and made after mine was supposed to be made. One person was working the front. There were five maybe six working the kitchen/drive thru area. Someone that ordered after me, brought a chicken sandwich back because it was raw and she asked for nuggets instead of getting another chicken sandwich. I watched a kitchen worker make that sandwich again for no reason. There was a door dasher that came in after me and that order was made before mine. Finally at around 1p, the lady at the front acknowledged me and I told her I was waiting on my mobile order and I said that I wanted to cancel it instead since my food had not been made. She pulled the printed order from the fry area so obviously someone had taken it off the printer and put it up there, but it was ignored for 23 minutes. I was told that they couldn’t cancel my order. I would have to do it through the app. I looked while I was there and there was no option to cancel the order since I had already finalized the transaction for my food to be made. They weren’t slammed and they had plenty of people to complete my order when it was received. This was just supremely poor customer service which is a reflection of supremely poor management.

Stopped by on our way home from a Wake. I almost always have a perfect experience here. My food is always fresh and in three years, I've only had an oopsie with my order maybe twice. It was fixed (given the wrong order) promptly and they were apologetic.
