The purpose of this review is to communicate to the management some constructive criticism.
I'll start with two positive notes about Wendy's in general:
1. The chili is good and they give you a generous amount for the price compared to other fast food restaurants.
2. Seniors get FREE drinks with a purchase.
However, the two points that I want to communicate that need improvement in my opinion if I owned this restaurant and had any cares about how the public sees and views and chooses to visit this location.
1. The restaurant is in need of a deep cleaning!
The last time I visited there was an odor in the air and I refrained from using the bathroom because it was in need of cleaning.
2. I understand the challenge of hiring people that truly enjoy serving others at fast food restaurants. However, again if you're looking at your staff and seeing what gifts they have. Wouldn't you put the most positive and encouraging and cheerful employee at the front? Perhaps if somebody did not have that positive welcoming personality they could be in the back preparing food?
I deliver food for Uber and Dash and I can only give a review on certain things.
Late night is awful for the following reasons .
Fast food that is lacking fast , by the time I got to the pick up window I still had to wait another 10 minutes. I watch from my car window the conflict unfold between mgr and staff about scheduling , one staff member eating and then smoking from a vape .
I feel as though there should be adequate staff for night time as well as day.
On Saturday at 8:30pm I pulled right up to the order window with no cars ahead of me, I was told to wait to order as I pulled up. After 6 minutes of silence I asked if I could order yet, I was told to continue waiting. After another 6 minutes I asked again if I could order and was told they were short staffed and to continue waiting. After another 3 minutes (15 minutes total) the employee told me over the speaker that they were out of bread and couldn't make any sandwiches. I'm not sure why he made me wait 15 minutes to tell me he couldn't sell me food, but this experience is definitely going to keep me from coming back here again.
Have had a terrible experience last few times I've been here. Starting with drive-thru the staff is very rude and is always rushing me with my order. On top of that I get charged for food I didn't even receive! I'm tired of having to drive all the way back just to get my missing items. I get that it's hard to find good people anymore but if you hate your job that much find another. You work in hospitality and service. Get your act together. I will not be coming back unless these issues are corrected.
I was standing at the register for almost 10 minutes to pay for my kiosk order. In the end I cancelled my order and left. How do you have a complete crew working and only 1 person acknowledged us but still left us standing there. While other staff watched and walked around us.
I ordered 4 for 4 and a Taco salad with extra onions and extra tomatoes. Get to the drive thru window and noticed my salad that look very empty (didn't say anything about this part), but it was missing the onions and tomatoes... Had to ask again for them and was told "they are pre-made and we can't open them". Had to tell the young man to give me a side with them... he hands me tomatoes... had to ask for onions AGAIN. I drive home to realize that they forgot the chili. 45 minutes later, I'm ended up returning the order since all they have is incompetent people there!
Fish sandwich is all bread, no fish. Served 2 kid's cheeseburgers with everything on it instead of what I ordered which is 2 plain hamburgers. Missing items. Had to go back to the store numerous times. Plus they didn't offer to reimburseme the money they owed me for ringing up the more expensive items. Tampa at its finest.
Absolutely slowest service I've ever had my hamburger never comes out with the products I asked to put on them I hand it back and then they smother it and as much stuff as they can when I ask them to lightly put it on I absolutely hate your locations because nobody knows how to do their job obviously you have a problem
