This Wendy's was recently remodeled. Looks great. Food the same. 100% on the tasty scale. Never disappointed. Good customer service. Over 100 flavors of soda on self serve machine. Very diabetic friendly.
Was asked to pull up and they'd bring out the food. Pulled up and waited 30 minutes but no one came out. Took the kids inside in the rain and they forgot we were out there. Spent another 20 minutes waiting for them to find the order and make it. Never again
At the time of this post I am angry. As customers some of us are getting lunch and don’t have time for slip ups. Why do you constantly rush customers off the speaker just to get everything in the order wrong. I asked for a spicy chicken sandwich meal with Mayo ketchup onions lettuce only with a root beer. They gave me a coke and spicy chicken sandwich with Mayo lettuce and tomato only. Then when u see a customer in rage is because of stuff like this. It’s not hard. I’ve worked for Wendy’s in the past for 3 years. If u pay attention the job is not hard. Then they don’t even give u a receipt. You have to ask.
After spending thousands to renovate the Wendy's on 8211 Landover Rd, Landover, MD 20785, nothing has changed. The burger was over-cooked and dry, unsure how my fries were just removed from the deep fryer but still cold. The service was disorganized. I will never grab a bite at this Wendy's location ever again. Very disappointed
I do not recommend this Wendy to anyone. In reality, it took 30 minutes to serve me. It is 4:30 pm and the food is already given to you and they ignore the one in the window. Very bad service and bad attention. A place not recommended.
After getting renovated this restaurant still has poor quality brought 2 sandwiches for 20+ dollars and both was overcooked and dry I can't make this up your Food Quality needs improvement who is cooking your food ? It's sad after seeing your advertising commercials and to go there and get this Quality I sould have went somewhere else!!!
currently food in salad. but other than that some managers need an update on all promotions their restaurant is offering
***Update spring 2024*** they've renovated the location and it looks really nice. The staff is respectful which I appreciate....but the wait is still slow. I went during a slow time in the middle of the day the other day and was still in line over 10 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of me. The food was good, I will say that lol****
Original review: The food is ok, but you most likely will be literally waiting about 15-20 minutes in line, even with a short line. I don't know if they are short staffed or just slow, but it's bad enough to make you self-evaluate and decide to just go home and cook.
