Wendy's - Exceptional Service and Fresh, Hot Food.
Today, I had an excellent experience at Wendy's. The staff and management on duty were extremely friendly, making sure to go above and beyond to ensure my order was perfect. Their attentiveness and dedication to customer satisfaction truly stood out.
The food was another highlight of my visit. Everything was piping hot and cooked fresh, which greatly enhanced the overall dining experience. It's clear that this location takes pride in the quality of its food and service.
Overall, my visit to Wendy's was fantastic. The combination of friendly service and high-quality, fresh food makes this location a standout. I will definitely be returning again and highly recommend this Wendy's to others.
Finally, the doors are open to dining inside. Came in and the place was clean and organized. The guy at the counter was patient with me since I didn't know what I wanted. The only thing stopping me from giving them 5 stars was the #10 Asiago fried chicken (not spicy) was pale and plain flavored. Tasted like a frozen chicken patty from the grocery store. Just a lightly panko-flavored chicken patty. I'll give them another try since now I can eat inside and hopefully next visit is more positive. UPDATE Place was empty but clean. Service was great. Salad was fresh and great!
There were two workers standing by the front register area and as soon as we walked in to look at the menu, they walked away and didn’t come back for a little while. Besides that everything else was to be expected for a fast food place.
I usually love Wendy’s but the bun to my burger was stale and dry. I’ve never had that experience from a fast food restaurant but it ruined the meal for me. Fries and nuggets were good though.
For the cook who put bacon on my chicken sandwich I hope u turn to a pig I ordered a regular crispy sandwich
Do not go once the lobby is closed!! Night staff service is horrible and the food quality is nasty! Stale buns and cold meat!! The guy tried rushing me through my order, everytime i listed an item off he said he with an attitude "is that all" he kept doing it and then i repeated my order back to him to make sure he had it correctly only for him to not make any modifications to my order and completley mess it up!! Do not waste your money.
Lady hung up on me in my face when I asked where was my order and I ordered it from there and payed for it and did not want to give DoorDash my food . Highly disappointed was not helpful at all and was rude to me over the phone .
Just received the food and everything is cold for some reason. Never order for delivery. Don’t eat from Wendys period.
