Conflicting experience. The team was great, but there were some issues. I was charged for the wrong order and they said they would refund me and then charge the right amount, but I got charged for both instead. A very frustrating experience, but the team was super upbeat and I could tell they wanted to right the situation.
The food was okay; your typical fast food quality.
I got $40 worth of $5 bags all didn't not receive our fry's in any of them. An we had to take the time to sort meal an ask for extra bags so each combo that way easy to pass out the food.
Had the Creamsicle frosty. Frosty was good, sucks that it's limited time only. Drive thru robot greeter caused confusion, thought I was talking to attendant. Attendant was pretty DGAF about the whole process.
Ordered a Double Pretzel Baconator and fries. The food was ok, not the best I've had, though. The burgers on the sandwich were very dry and looked old. Pretzel bun seemed old also. And the fries were not fresh. For the price, I expect food that is fresh, not old pre-prepared food.
I was here on 01/11/2022 around 6pm and I was served a raw undercooked chicken sandwich and fries that were as hard as a brick. I have never experienced anything like this before. Absolutely disgusting!! I had taken a bite of the sandwich Before I realized the chicken was raw. I am now feeling sick and nauseous.
The customer service is horrible. They could care less about good customer service or serving quality food . I will never eat this location again and I will not recommend to family or friends I would advise everyone to stay far away from this Wendy’s location
I ordered a medium chocolate frosty and I received a small stuck inside a medium cup. Really?!? Who does this? On top of this 4 out of 7 sandwiches were made wrong.
I had a lot going on one day after work and drove off after getting my card and drinks but no food (completely my mistake).
I had to finish some work issues but when I called an hour later about the food Trey was super understanding and helpful. When I came back the restaurant was absolutely spotless. Trey's team was extremely polite, professional, and a pleasure to interact with.
Trey provided me with fresh food, drinks for waiting, and went above and beyond to provide amazing service. I can't say enough positive things about this location, Trey, and Trey's team.

Ordered a #1, with a diet Dr. Pepper... Received a #1 with a diet Dr pepper which happened to be flat. They replaced it without an issue.
Typical Wendy's and nothing out of the ordenary.
