Ordered the Grilled chicken wrap, worst meal I had, you pay $12 and it is not worth $2. Dry, tasteless, more flour wrap than anything. Automated system to take your needs a lot of improvements, hard to customize anything and for those who like half sweet half unsweetened tea, forget it.
I have been to this location several times over the last few years, and it's horrible every time.
If you like waiting in the drive thru for 45 minutes, this is the place.
Also, if you have your order messed up after waiting, said 45 minutes, and you go in only to wait another 10 minutes with the entire staff standing around doing nothing. After not even being acknowledged for 10 minutes, I just finally walked out.
Great job to the franchise owner. You're horrible at running a restaurant and should sell it to someone who actually knows what they are doing.
They tend to mess up the order every time I go there. For example, I ordered a biggie bag with a junior bacon cheeseburger and a chili with hot sauce. No bacon on the burger and they gave me crackers and no hot sauce.
Well there was no one inside and one car in drive Thur. The women who was taking the order was flat out rude. I understand she had a lot going on. If she can't talk to people then she needs to find a different line of work. Sunday around 830-9pm
BE CAREFUL!!! Never order using the app because it charged me twice and then the franchise at the Deltona location said they couldn’t refund it because the mobile app is third party. So I contacted the franchises corporate customer service and no response yet! So I have to dispute with my bank! The customer service at this location were rude and very unprofessional. I and my family will never come to this location again nor will we ever use Wendy’s app again. Wendy’s has lost a valuable customer. I don’t normally give bad reviews but this time required it so others won’t fall into the same situation.
I had the pleasure of visiting this Wendy’s location today. I went through the drive through to order two double stacks sandwiches plan with no cheese which I do so regularly at quite a few different locations. As I paid and looked over my order I realized that it had all the condiments/topping. I wasn’t upset because mistakes happen. I politely pull back to the drive through because the lobby was closed and asked if I can please have new ones only meat and bread as I stated once before the employee said yes and asked me to pulled forward. I was then greeted by a manager (Alicia) who stated to me next time say that which I stated to her I did. She then went back and forth with me telling what I didn’t say. I make this order many times on the regular and I say it the same way each time. A friend of my owns a Wendy’s and I guarantee that as a manager is unacceptable. I don’t recommend this location. More training needed. The other staff was well mannered just bad management.
I thought the English muffin breakfast sandwiches were going to be a hit, turns out they F’IN SUCK!!! Seriously, I have never had worse English muffins in my life. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese and a sausage egg and cheese and they both had the same problem, the English muffins were so dry that they literally fell apart within seconds, and I was reduced to just giving up on the muffins and just ate the meats/eggs/cheese by themselves, which was not very enjoyable. I really believed these were going to be a McMuffin killer, but it turns out that McMuffins are about one million times better.
Ordered a Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad through GrubHub. I received my order and when I opened my salad, not only was it not fresh, the chicken was EXTREMELY and OVERLY dry, pretty much not edible with lots of hard pieces. The QUALITY at Wendy's has gone down hill. I will never order at this Wendys again.
