Keep in mind that I’m giving this location four stars “for a Wendy’s.” I know this isn’t a fine dining establishment.
The parking lot here is clean and the remodeled building looks good. The drive through moves quickly.
The food I got was exactly what I expected. The fries were good. I ordered a combo and was pretty surprised that I ended up with large fries and a large drink. You used to get the small sizes when you ordered Wendy’s combos. The probably cost me more than it otherwise should have for that reason.
My local Wendy's, I've been there many times but recently I stopped by to grab dinner and when I got home I realized my 2 frostys were missing!! The best part of the meal lol the even more disappointing part was when I called up there whoever I spoke with gave me such a hard time and attitude about it and unfortunately I'm one of those people who crumbles up the receipt and it's never to be found again so I been a little bitter and haven't been back but I miss the baconators and frosties where is the customer service, I guess I understand with so many people probably trying to get stuff for free but the attitude and unprofessionalism wasn't called for I just wanted my frosties ????????????
I'll never visit this Wendys again, the front counter girl kept rolling her eyes, not very friendly . The one counter guy named William was nice and tried to help and let me know that I was just waiting on fries. He needs a promotion and the front counter girl needs a write up . Time visited was 03/08/24 at 5:53 pm and her name on the receipt was Eva , never had a problem going there until today and it will be my last time ever stepping foot in that store. Thank you William for being nice to the customers .
Please be aware of your debit/credit cards. Mine was not handed back to me and I didn't realize it until the Fraud department called me this morning. Shame on the person that tried to buy from Instacart with 8 different transactions. Wendys manager WOULD NOT let me speak to the general manager. Not a very happy person! Shame on Wendys!
The manager on duty was such a sweetheart, her team was very efficient seem to be like a well oiled machine, believe her name was angel appropriately named, cause she was. Be back soon mom loved her dinner
Burger tray needs to be turned up or vegtable tray needs to be turned down. Bun was cool to the touch and cheese was not melted. It was fresh, but would have tasted better at a different temp.
Fast, friendly service. Fresh food
