The food was okay, but I understand the staff was very busy tonight, you can see the poor guy at the cashier running every single direction, I believe they need more help in there especially when it gets busier. the dining room was absolutely frigid. One last thing people were ordering multiple drinks and they didn't have any carrying trays that's something they definitely need to stock up on.
Went in for breakfast at 9:30. Nobody at the register and they still had the lunch menu board up from the night before. On a bright note there was a guy out back mopping the cement.... Walked out after 5 minutes....Sigh.... Sad
Food missing every time we go and nice about it every time. We called to let them know and Destiny made sure to hang up the phone with quickness without giving us a solid solution to the food missing food till calling back for a second time. Better luck getting food at the gas station down the road.
I think Wendy's is underrated as well. You have pretty good food and you can get a decent meal at a good decent price non-frozen Square Burgers LOL that's pretty good for me just wish people would consider our health a little bit more about not putting unnecessary things in the food
Wendy’s in Charles Town is one of the most reliable fast food establishments in this town. Pretty consistent in delivery of accurate orders, clean, and manages to keeps things moving. When in a rush we typically pick Wendys in Charles Town for these reasons.
At 630 in the morning, not everyone is going to be chipper. N I'm one of the not crowd usually, so I'll leave that alone...but altho groggy n bored obviously, she still had a smile. I love the breakfast taters...n I believe they're the same recipe as KFC potato wedges. ???? ????I SumTimes forget they put a sauce on sum Sammie's, but I remembered today!! Got the baconator muffin wit cheese. Yummo
On Sunday December 3¹st we were dining in. As we were putting our order in we were treated two male employees bantering a female employee who was going to use the restroom. As she left one of the male employees began telling everyone within earshot about the differences between a #1 and a #2. Very loudly. Repeated it several times.
How classless and immature can this young man be?
As we dined the loudness and senseless banter was ridiculous.
Totally unnecessary.

Salad had to be made and was very small even for a fast food joint. Children of an employee were just running around like it was a playground. Mess on the floor and a couple tables and nobody trying to clean it. Soda machine almost completely empty. Honestly worst experience here in a long time. The only good thing this trip was the nice girl working the register.
