Food was good and seemed to be cooked fresh. A couple of the workers I saw seemed to really be trying to work hard and quickly.
They seem short staffed (where isn't nowadays), and the drive thru intercom is not doing them any favors. It really needs replaced.
Food was great. The person at the window was polite.
My complaint is the lobby was closed with no notice on the door. I get closing lobby if understaffed; however, you need to have a note on the door that can be seen from the door. That way people like me, who use a cane or walker, don't get out of the car for nothing.
I just went there for apple pecan salad.. the workers have nasty attitudes and the salad was missing ingredients as well as the fact they barley put anything in it !!!
This Wendy’s location sucks. Gotta go to certain ones in certain areas to actually get what you paid for. Waited 15 mins in line for a spicy chicken sandwich with one small shred of lettuce on it. I won’t be wasting my money or time again.
Been to this location twice in the past month. Soft drinks have not been refilled and service was terrible. Stood at the counter for 15 minutes before they took our order. Will not be coming back to this location
Worse service ever. My order is always incorrect. The workers always have an attitude. Think I will stop supporting them. If I could give them a zero I would. I asked for 2 double stacks 1 without pickle one without ketchup. 1 had only mustard the other had ketchup only. Went in 2x and both times they got it wrong. Then on top of that I recieved attitude how sad.
The manager that was working did an absolutely amazing job. He checked on us to see how our food was, he helped his team & he had an amazing demeanor. The food was better than normal, likely due to the manager's leadership.
I've never been to a more dysfunctional Wendy's in my life. We arrived at 1218pm and didn't receive our last item until 1243. We ordered 3 items total and they couldn't get a single, fry, and 6pc ready at the same time so we didn't get the 6pc until 9 min after the other items. There were 8 customers in front of us and every single order was wrong and in multi part deliveries to the customer. There were 6 customers after us and every order was wrong and in multi parts. Of the 12 drive thru customers 9 had to pull forward and wait with one have to wait for the Wendy's employee to come out multiple times to get the order right while they waited in their car. There were 2 door dash drivers who received wrong orders and had to wait. The soda machine just turned off for no apparent reason. One customer paid for extra barbecue sauces and when he didn't get that and asked about it they said they could only give him 3. I thought there was going to be a fight. The Wendy's employees were arguing with each other and with customers. No ketchup available for the guy that wanted ketchup. Never returning to this Wendy's.
