So apparently nobody can put the right food in the right bag coming from somebody who also works in the fast food industry. I'm sorry it's not that hard to put the food in the right bag. I should know I've been doing it for 15 years now. And it's really convenient that nobody wants to answer the phone or the phone's just busy because they messed up.
I recently visited Wendy's and ordered a ghost pepper Ranch chicken sandwich, only to be dismayed halfway through my meal as I discovered that the chicken meat was raw. This experience was highly disappointing and raises concerns about the food safety practices at this establishment. I urge the management to prioritize quality control to ensure the safety and satisfaction of their customers.
Had a breakfast muffin, it was pretty tasty, if they would toast the English muffin it would have been MUCH better. The seasoned potatoes were very tasty and the French toast was quite good.

I got to the drive-thru, they told me they couldnt take orders over the speaker but they were inside. No big deal, I went inside. I ordered my food at 9:07pm, the worker said it would be 5 minutes-ish. After I had ordered, I noticed many different people calling out the workers for "forgetting" or "misplacing" their food. Atleast 3 different orders had food missing, or cold because of how long the workers took. Meanwhile, I waited 25 minutes, many other people ordered after me, and I was watching all the people who ordered after me getting their food, finally after waiting 30 minutes, someone came over and told me that they were out of potatoes? I do not understand why they couldn't tell me that when I ordered..? She asked if I wanted a refund in a very rude tone, and then she said I will get my manager. I asked her why I had not gotten any of my food yet and she responded with, "We all thought you cancelled your entire order!" That was VERY disrespectful and I asked why she didn't check with me and she ignored me and walked away. I waited 5 more minutes until the manager came over to the registers, but it wasn't even to help me! I asked if I could speak with her, and she said "I'll be right with you" in a VERY rude tone. I then waiting another 5 minutes until she came over and helped me.. She was in a very rude tone with me the ENTIRE interaction, asking why I didn't speak up earlier, and if I wanted a refund for the entire thing when I said that I wanted a refund for the potato only. She refunded my card, AFTER she was bossing me around and treating me horribly, so I thought that was that, turns out no.. The manager told one of the workers to get me my stuff from my receipt, where I then waited over 10 minutes AGAIN to get ANY of my stuff.. They got my order but yet still forgot my fries, I waited and waited watching all the other orders get their food once again, while I was still waiting, I finally spoke up and the worker rolled his eyes and me and said "Fine I will get that right now." By the time this was over and I got all my food, it was cold, soggy and overall not enjoyable. I spent over an hour at this Wendy's waiting for 5 things.. Their counters are also SUPER messy, the workers do NOT wash their hands before touching food after dealing with the register, nor do they wear gloves. Overall this is not a good place to be. DO NOT COME HERE!
D was very professional. I am glad I came to try this location again after my really bad experience. D has full control over his show and the food was so good. Good job Wendy's for hiring a new manager he is awesome and doing a great job with all the kids you have working there. Give this man a Rais he deserves it ????
woman working the register has a major issue. forgets to put item on my order and flips it onto me, making ME the bad guy. food is fine but service is horrible. never treat your customers like this.
The food was made well and the fries were not stale. The staff was learning and the manager quickly responded to issues. The floor was clean and there is a nice atmospheric fireplace.
We showed up at 12:30pm today(Sunday). The drive thru had about 10 cars in it which is not abnormal for a drive thru. We were in a hurry so I went inside to order. There were several customers standing around looking annoyed and no one working the register. After standing there for a bit an employee came over to tell me they would not serve me until the drive thru was not as busy...WHAT?!?! I had to wait until you served dozens of cars before I could even order... You need new management. Horrible customer service.
