This is the worst! It's always in our neighborhoods where the places are horrible. The wrap tasted strange, and the soda dispensing machine was disgusting, so I left with no drink. You can't make this up. Smh
I couldn’t get my order taken at the drive through. I went ahead to the window thinking maybe the box is broken or something? No, just the employees chatting and ignoring the long line forming behind me, cars honking for service. Enjoy your work, everyone deserves to. Everyone needs a break. But sending people back into the perpetual line of hell for cold fast food wasn’t the best choice either. The service given makes me think they aren’t paid enough to care.
Place is clean, but the momentum in here is stagnant. It took my 15 min on the line than 10 min just to get a frosty and that's with a full staff in the kitchen area. Cashier was the most laxed I have ever seen, wasn't sure if she just got off a good smoke break or she was in need of a B12 shot. But folks were working so slow I almost forgot what I ordered.
They are focused on lowering the perceived customer wait time that they are letting a line build up like crazy. They have you wait to order until the person is done at the window and pulling off just so it can seem like they processed your order quickly. This is HORRIBLE and backwards business management for whoever thought of this bright idea! There’s no way I should have waited 25 minutes when there was only 4 cars in front of me when I came.
Customer service and everything was horrible, I will never ever eat there again they also steal your credit card info. They swiped my husband card twice. I highly recommend the one on central ave thee best ????????
While the food was prepared well and the order was accurate, it took half an hour to get my order. While I was lucky that I came in with only one other person at the register, a line of people started forming out the door waiting to get their orders taken shortly after me as the staff got backed up more and more. I won’t even mention the line of cars at the drive through. Anyways, I got Wendy’s new Pretzel Bacon Pub burger with grilled chicken and it was okay. Wasn’t a fan of the bun and not much flavor going on. I’ll go back to the regular burgers next time. If you’ve never tried their sugar cookie... it will make your day. Get one!
Cashier was disrespectful ….told them that we weren’t done with the order at the drive thru and still deciding and she replies so what’s your order with an attitude . The attitude is uncalled for and better customer service should be provided.
I waited in line for 30 minutes just to get my order taken. I was the second person in line and I waited for ever. The customer service inside this store is beyond UNACCEPTABLE. The manager working today 8/12 @1:45pm needs to be doing a better job. This is VERY upsetting that the customers in store are not being prioritized.
