If I could give 0 stars I would. I went in last night for dinner and got a few burgers and they were pink. I have never had fast food be pink before. My sugar cookie was undercooked as well. I called for a hour straight and nobody answered. Very upset a waste of money. I couldn’t go back to say something but wish I would have. I spent over 21 dollars it was worse than the pictures show
This Wendy’s is normally ok so that’s why I’m giving it a 2 stars but I here the other day and they gave me a baconator fry and the bacon wasn’t even cut up and the cheese wasn’t melted either haha. It was very lazy customer service. I still ate it and it tasted good but if you compare my picture to the one you’re order then it’s definitely not even close to what you’re thinking you’ll get. ????
First there was an employee who was shouting like a drill instructor. The food took forever and was cold. This was suppose to be the biggest fry you can order, didn’t get the biggest fry and it wasn’t filled. My burger was suppose to be a double cheese with bacon. I got two patties with pickle. My husbands was open in the bag, plus we didn’t even get our sauces. Tried to call and resolve it, but no answer. I didn’t want to waste gas to go back a second time. This isn’t our first bad service from this location.
My name was called to identify my order as ready, but I found the sandwich missing. Once that was fixed, I pointed out that the order was "to go" but had been prepared for me to eat there. When I mentioned this, I was handed a bag. After I had finished bagging my food, I left. It was only after getting to my destination that I discovered that they had given me a totally different sandwich than what I had ordered.
We waited in the drive-through, the outside lane, and listened to the attendant take four orders in a row from the inside lane. Between the orders, the attendant would ask us to wait, telling us the previous order was large, and then they’d proceed to take another order from the inside lane. It’s possible they didn’t realize they were flipping back to the other vehicle in the inside lane, but they never spoke with us long enough to let us tell them what they were doing. In all, we waited over 15-20 minutes and never made an order.
Attendants, please pay closer attention to what you’re doing. This was a terrible customer service experience and you gave us almost no ability to correct it.
First off the food was good. No issue there.
The issue is the employees working and customer service.
The drink machines barely work. The fries I got were only half full. And They gave me like 30 sauces. ???????? Little unnecessary but I guess it’s better than no sauce
Weird atmosphere and employees. Wearing do rags. Just odd.
But the food was fine. So I guess that’s all that matters.
The service experience was extremely poor. Upon arriving at the drive-through, I waited for five minutes without anyone attending to me, so I decided to go inside. Despite waiting another five minutes indoors, no one was at the cash register. Eventually, someone came to assist at the drive-through window but ignored me while serving the car ahead. Frustrated, I returned to the drive-through, where I finally placed my order. However, upon reaching the window, I was asked to wait in the parking lot because the fries were not ready, despite the lack of customers inside. It was chaotic, with one person managing the drive-through, cash register, and meal preparation.
Went through drive through and, when I couldn't hear the employee taking my order, he was rude in repeating himself. While I was waiting for my food I heard the same employee yelling at another employee every few seconds to hurry up because "the lady is waiting". I don't mind waiting, I had to get my food special anyway because of a severe allergy. I've worked in fast food before, I'd much rather employees can take their time getting an order right than get yelled at for not having it out in an instant. I don't need to hear you shouting "rapido!" every few seconds and making it harder for the person just trying to do their job
