I was followed around this store like a criminal after buying my food and filling my drink. The entire experience was weird and off-putting. I'll never eat at this place again. I've never been to a restaurant as a paying customer and felt nervous and unwelcome. Gotta love being profiled and treated like some sort of criminal when you're trying to get some lunch.
Also my burger was vile.
Very clean, great care taken with Socially Distancing between tables. Young staff was quick to fill orders and wait on customers. I don't think Cashiers should ever handle dirty money and then assist in handling food. Handing bagged food items is acceptable, but physically placing wrapped food into bags is NOT. Overall, very good service.
Went through the drive thru. Ordered a chicken Asiago combo and 4 bacon Jr cheeseburgers. Got home and I had been given regular cheeseburgers with very stale buns.
The BEST Wendy's ever! Very friendly staff and the food is fresh and delicious for a reasonably good price!
This Review is only about Wendy's NASTY FOUNTAIN drinks... The Coke machine is absolutely disgusting!! It never tastes like whatever option you select....it tastes like 10 different drinks mixed together!! (I even let it run for a few seconds) And it's sad because Wendy's IMO is hands down the best fast food joint in Butler, Pa
This location used to be our go to until our most recent visit. Our online order took close to 10 minutes to receive after confirming and paying inside. The manager's attitude was anything but professional when my girlfriend that was in the truck with the kids asked why it was taking so long. She laughed and began joking about it until realizing I was standing right there listening to her make fun of the lady who called in. If this kind of trash is managing the place, I seen all I needed to see for me to not come back. In addition to the attitude it didn't help that 2 of 4 of our 4 for 4's didn't come with fries or chicken nuggets. I don't expect or desire anything to come from this review, after all it was a joke to the manager that last time anything was said.
They always have nice people working and the food is usually excellent.
A few years ago, I would have reviewed much different.
In the past few years the crew at this Wendy's has shown that they not only care about their job but they care about me. The customer.
I haven't had a single complaint about food or service in so long, it actually pushed me to make this review.
The staff here goes out of their way to make sure that the food is made to order, fresh and they always have a way of memorizing and knowing my order even better than I do sometimes.
I just wanted to say thank you and give you all this very deserving 5star review.
The bathrooms are always clean, the lobby is always fresh and clean. The staff is so friendly. Give this Wendy's a try if you haven't already.
