How do you promote items and don’t even have them. But you have them all over your store. Disappointed. I am pregnant. It was really excited for the queso fries. Unfortunately they didn’t have none so then I asked for the other fries. and they said they didn’t have any of their special fries. Again, why promote something that you don’t even have so disappointed last time I come to this location.
Went through drive through, the worker was professional and thorough. We had a large order and it was filled promptly and correct. The overall service seems hard to find these days. Great job.
The night shift here is just gross. The food is always so greesy and cold. You can tell the use of orders or fries and nuggets that have just been sitting in the bin for a few hours. The manager there has such an attitude. Won't be coming back to this one. Any other wendys is far better.
So tired of trying to go back to this particular location. Just wasted $30 on 2 salads and 2 lemonades. It’s always terrible quality and I’m always in hopes that the next time will be better. Tonight, lemonades are watered down, salad is off in taste and temperature, warm dressing that should be cold. Just overall gross. Tossed out dinner, such a waste.
I do enjoy Wendys on this particular trip. It was raining but we did get good service. Our food was tasty. Only one of our burgers was cold, like it wasn't heated up like the rest of our food. Otherwise, we always enjoy Wendy's.
Had surgery and then I ended up having to go to work right after so I was in a very unstable aggravated mood but the service and everything involved in this location helped tremendously with how my day was going the food was amazing I barely sat down and I feel like it was ready immediately the employees were great all around a wonderful experience great job everyone
Used the Wendy's app to order burgers. Waited in the parking lot for 10 minutes before I went in. Guess what, they hadn't even started my order. So I waited 15 more minutes while they "rushed" my order. Got home, took one bite & had to spit it out. It was raw hamburger, just like in the grocery store. I've contacted Wendy's Corporate but had no response. Apparently they don't care either...
Hey. We hear it ALL the time... "They always screw you in the drive-thru." Well this location is just the same and when you are paying close to $30-35 for 3-4 burgers you want your fries with it as well. They get busy, Yes. Just sayin' "Check those bags before you pull away"
