Ordered a cobb salad and I have no idea what kind of chicken was given to me. I’m not sure if it’s fried or grilled but the chicken is very old and stale. I called and spoke to “one” of the managers and advised I was at work now and he asked me is there anyway I can bring it back today?!? Like are you serious. Wasting time, energy, and gas going back to return old food that should’ve never been served.
I was the only one in line when I placed my order. I had to wait at least 5 to 10 minutes for my order to be bought out to me. I did not receive my order from the window where I paid for my purchase. I just ordered a simple breakfast sandwich.
On Saturday May 4th at 4:45pm I ordered through the mobile app. The drive thru was extremely long so I switched my order to carry out. I walked inside and approached the counter and a young man and proceeded to assist me, in the midst the Manager told him the inside was closed. Then told me I had to go through the drive thru. There were two other gentlemen that were also inside. After she rudely expressed her sentiments she gave me an old receipt if I wanted to lodge a complaint, knowing that is ineffective.
Drove 13 hours today, wanted to stop Wendy’s as it’s one of the only places open until 2am. Got here at 1am and can see employees sitting inside in the dark. Will not work the drive through, incredibly unprofessional, and disappointing.
They changed the quality of the chicken in the. Breakfast Sandwich. It's a block shaped piece of processed chicken, no flavor . There coffee is NEVER HOT It's always WARM. Chic Fila is worth the drive
Worst experience ever, still messed my order up and it was a mobile order, proceeded to say dining area is closed in such a rude way, terrible repulsive "service" if that's what I should call it. It was 4:00pm. And they say the dining area is closed, I went there a different time another day and once again they state dining area is closed and that was at 10:30 in the morning. So when is there dining open or is that what there just telling people???? Worse non ran wendys. That need tk be shut down.
We only went for Frostys but what made my experience 5 stars was the cashier. She was a sweet lady. Even my 6 year old daughter said she was very nice.
Fries were undercooked And cool. The coke didn't taste like coke. Just wanted a snack
It was bad ????
