I placed an order through their app and they had closed and the app still let me order. I called the store to request either the food I ordered or a refund. The manager said no to both that I had to call the number on the app. Then I asked again she told me no and that she didn't care. I said you don't care and she said thats right and hung up on me. She said she was the GM and said that her previous manager had already told me no. How's that for customer service. I work in C's and if I were to ever tell a customer I didn't care I'd be fired on the spot. Apparently the customers don't matter here. She didn't offer any help in any way.
Good store. Run well. I just wish the app worked half the time, I hate giving overall less because it's out of the local stores hands. But they're always quick to correct the issue of the app and take care of the customer
This is one of the better Wendy's I've been to in a long time. Full disclosure, I worked at a Wendy's as a college student and then for a few months after college...fast food management was not for me. The bathroom was very clean. The service was friendly and quick.
Cant follow instructions when making food, they forget parts of orders so you have to double check you got everything, most of the time you can tell your order was pre made, if you get a large fry it looks like they filled a medium then dumped it in a cup for a large
We went yesterday, and only half our order was correct. I've never had a bad experience at Wendy's before, but now I'm not too keen on hurrying back anytime soon.
What did you guys do to the buns on the breakfast baconators those were the perfect sandwich now they're hard as a rock this is the third one I've got in the last month that the bun is really hard whatever you're doing stop please the sandwich was perfect now it's not.
UPDATE my wife just opened her breakfast sandwich and the muffin is hard as a rock I guess we're getting day old sandwiches now ????
Ordered a Cobb salad, Dave double with tomato and mayo and a ghost pepper ranch chicken sandwich and they screwed up my entire order. By not giving the ghost peppers ranch chicken sandwich. I’m definitely not coming back at all
I had gone here with my partner and he had ordered a double baconator, and I ordered a single baconator. These were meals which came with a medium fry and drink. We waited for our food as usual, and then we got our food and my partners hamburger was wrong. They had given us a Dave’s double instead of a double baconator. Now this is where my review kicks in because I had went up there to get this corrected and the cashier had pulled another employee up to see what was wrong. She was wanting to argue with me that she had put bacon on that hamburger. This was an entirely wrong hamburger that was given to us. She then proceeded to say in the back to her fellow associates that she did in fact put bacon on the hamburger. This staff at the Wendy’s in Piqua, OH is one of the most unprofessional and negligent groups I have seen at a fast food restaurant in a while. They need to be trained properly and need to be able to speak to customers in an acceptable manner. ????
