I eat a salad from this location at least every other day and have for over a year now. I'm sure the staff thinks I'm insane lol, but they are the best location to get one from. Their salads are always nice and fresh and made with fantastic quality lettus and toppings. The workers in the drive through are so incredibly sweet and friendly. They stay professional and always smile. The team at this location deserves a raise. I can say this confidently because this location been getting my money for all this time now. Great people and they truly work hard and make it a pleasant experience. ????
Their rewards app is a must-have because the offerings on the app will save you a lot of $$. Seniors get free drinks and they're refillable. I love the chili and the burgers and salads are good. Nice self service dispenser with lots of beverage choices.
This was a good fast food grab. Stopped in after being in the hospital ER with my little sister whose finicky eater due to cancer. She ate her entire meal and that's been a first in a while. We used the drive thru and it didn't take long. All our food was hot and delicious...even the fries! Fantastic job tonight guys!
I’m not better than anyone but my goodness it’s like dining in a homeless shelter. There were so many transits walking in and out and one had the audacity to have his shoes off posted in the corner feet kicked up charging his phone. It was very unsanitary and I had to get a refund. Mind you I’ve been a GM 24 years. I’ve never seen anything like this in my life.
I have been consistently disappointed by this Wendy's. I don't go here often, but when I do they mess something up. This last time, whoever put my burger together didn't attempt to stack it well at all, so it was very messed up (nothing was aligned and half of the cheese was hanging off the burger) and I had to restack it myself before eating it. I was also the only customer (no one before me, no one after me) while they were making my burger, so it is not like there was any rush. I don't expect a fast food place to be like a regular restaurant, but that is ridiculously lazy service.
Tonight my family and I had a horrible experience here. I went through the drive through and got my family dinner. They read it back and it was wrong. I corrected them and thought all was good. Got home and was charged for 3 kids meals when I ordered 2, and our food was horrible. Cold everything. I call, and of course I’m upset. The manager interrupted me several times and then hung up on me. I go to the store to see if I can get a refund. Before she was even up front she was yelling at me and was completely rude. Refusing any refund. Saying it’s because I didn’t bring the food. She never told me I’d have to bring the food. We threw it all away. She yelled and cussed at me. They do not know how to handle an upset customer. I’ve worked in food ALOT and this was crazy! I will not be going there again.
The workers are so so so kind and respectful. Very patient with thier customers and food is AWESOME. Great place great service. Nothing but good things to say about this specific location.
We've always loved coming to Wendy's. These folks did a great job of remodeling the corner of the dine-in area after a drunk driver plowed into it a few months ago.
They've up'd the quality of the value menu also; good stuff for just a few dollars.
