Food was great but service was slow. Waited to put my order in and was standing in wrong spot so cashier waited on them before me. Clearly she saw me waiting and didn't ask if I needed help or apologize when I finally did order. Hopefully drive thru is better
I ordered a pretzel baconator, and this is what i got. When she was informed she forgot to give us a cup... she acted like it was gold even though we had our receipt. Table are dirty. Would not recommend this wendys to my enemies. Gross, find a better place to eat.
Don’t not eat here!! They literally had a piece of plastic in my daughter’s sandwich wrap!!
French fries were ok. Did not give me catsup or sauce for them. Sandwich and fries were warm, not hot
Waited 10 minutes at counter to give order. Drive thru took priority over inside. Tables and drinks area filthy. Won't come here again.
The employees that work at night are rude and need to learn customer service. The guy manager or cashier needs to be replaced. They better watch how they talk to people. They don't wear gloves when fix your food. The daytime employees are way more professional and clean than the night crew.
I've learned it depends on the days you go to these places with fast food. And the people you have working there at the moment..
How is it yall don't even have real hair, and you still lose it in my food... just nasty up there
