Absolutely horrible. How you going to look at the food y'all prepare and think it's acceptable to serve. Pretty bad when you pull up, the place wreaks of weed and people are just standing around doing nothing. Wilted and slimey lettuce, wrong food, cold fries, watered down drinks that all taste the same. Pathetic.
Terrible service and food. Overpaid bc they didn’t ring me up right and wasn’t interested in fixing it or giving me the RIGHT food
They play too much over at this location. I ordered 5 biggie bags, the guy said “ we’re not serving biggie bags only burger’s and meal deals.” They just didn’t want to make them, so i went way to Airlines location and they handled my order fine!
Service is very slow mainly because one lady was doing everything it seemed while others stood around. Food was good - typical fast food Wendy’s taste.
Ive went two locations, one on College Dr and the other on Essen Ln. What a difference maturity makes! The College Dr has friender staff. On my Wednesday visit to the one on Essen Ln, the young person was rude and uninformed as to what was on the meal! When i got to the window she was checking her phone and rolling her eyes! My order was completed by a mature lady!
I ordered the asiago chicken sandwich for the second time hoping that this time would be different but this place never fails at being lazy. Straight up got just a chicken sandwich both times with nothing on it smh
I ordered 3 4 for 4 meals with junior bacon cheese burgers all I got was a meat patty with mustard and ketchup not nothing else was put on it so I want to know is what happened to lettuce cheese and all the other stuff bacon to the name says bacon in it so how u miss it! The guy who rung me up Hakeem need to not work front counter
I ordered a burger and when I got it it was a SLIDER! A SLIDER! If they seriously think I will come back and pay $10 for a burger they are crazy. I can't believe Wendy's is doing this. Does Wendy's not make enough money? Won't be back.
