If you ate ate this location on Friday May 24th 2024 and got sick. (LAWSUIT) They had a sewage leak. Raw sewage in the kitchen . Workers making $10 an hour walking around in raw sewage complaining but management wouldn't shut down so the workers started complaining. Called the Health Department. Called Cooperate so then something got done. Plumbers showed up and they shut the store down. That's also why it was closed Saturday . Then store opens back up and Management is acting like they are mad at the Employees. I have the full Video but it wont let me load it. I called Cooperate because I don't want my Daughter (An Employee there) Walking around in raw sewage . Now Management is treating the employees like the bad guys. So once again If you ate food from that location on May 24th... They were cooking your food and serving it to you while standing in raw sewage. I'm sick just thinking about it.
I ordered a Dave's Classic single combo with large fries and drink (lemonade) plus a spicy chicken sandwich and a chocolate frosty got home no lettuce or tomatoes on either
No one told me they were out of either
The point is if you're out of an ingredient inform your customers believe it or not that's exactly why I ordered what I did and therefore I was not satisfied
And they will not answer their phone
The shame of it is I'd prefer Wendy's over all the rest not now however
They so big that my experience probably means absolutely nothing to them
Ok, so let me start off saying. I'm no food critic at all or even some paid douche bag to do fake reviews. But I will say this. Stay far from this location. I have been here twice at this location, and it's 2nd to worst in the city.Horrible service/ horrible altitudes are horrible people. If you just can't wait, go eat dirt. That's about the same taste and service you'll get
This Wendy's is outstandingly spectacularly clean.
The only thing I find troubling with this Wendy's is that you never know when you get there at the lobby is going to be locked. If you're going by bus and you show up and you can't get in then you have an option of going to Taco Bell, Burger King or McDonald's, KFC or Long John silver's.
Wendy's hire some staff so you can keep your lobby open. I've been in there when they've locked the doors and people come up and try to get in and they're so pissed off because they can't come in and sit down to eat.
The one thing you can always expect and receive at Wendy's is good service. Asking for your food to be made fresh grill don't always happen.
Mostly you'll get an old cold crumbly hamburger came out of the universal holding bin.
Wendy Houston make the best hamburger out there but now they've fallen down apart about equal to McDonald's
I used to go out of my way to go to Wendy's but not anymore.
You can go next door to Long John silver and ask for a piece of fish made fresh.
They listen to you and a fresh drop a brand new piece of fish in a hand to you hot out of the fryer.
The staff at this Wendy's is awesome but I'm sure it is through management that when you ask for a fresh hamburger off the grill it doesn't happen they give you one out of the universal holding bin.
It might be the employees who are making it they just don't care and take one out of the universal holding them because they're already ready for another hamburger.
I have made complaints and called Wendy's corporate about the store being locked up in the middle of the daytime they told me somebody would call but nobody has ever called.
Just at the Wendy’s store on Harrisburg pike and the chick in the window needs to find her a new job. She didn’t say hi, hello, NOTHInG but just handed me my card back, my drink and then my food and NOt ONE mf word. Wendy’s you need to fire that white lady because she made my experience at your restaurant horrible and won’t ever go back cause customer service is everything.
Egg shells. Wendys isn't food safe in the Columbus area.
One of the worst wendy’s location ever. Doesn’t matter who manages this location you will always get wrong orders and inept service. Dining room locked and it’s 6pm (lol) drive thru takes 30 minutes with just two cars ahead of you. Just shut this location down already.
