I decided to eat in today.
Staff is excellent, service is excellent! The People are why it's worth eating here.
My issue today is...
The lobby is BOILING HOT. Clearly the HVAC is not operating at an acceptable capacity.
I can't imagine how hot the staff must be in the kitchen!
Owners/Corporate need to DO SOMETHING!
Really great experience today. We ordered mobile and our food came out hot and fresh. Good portion and toppings on our chili cheese fries. I think the best part was the cashier at the window. He was so friendly and engaging and it was amazing to see a smiling face that actually was genuinely in a great mood! Amazing customer service.
There’s a few good people but for the most part they need to clean house. Very poorly managed. So many folks are on their phones. Orders take forever. There’s one or two I trust.
Had an awesome experience. Went through drive through and ordered 5 meals. Was in a timely fashion and got everything we ordered nothing missing. Will for sure be back next time I'm in the area. That new queso chic sandwich is AMAZING! Recommend without the corn though. (03/08/24 3:30 p.m.)
I came here before work, ordered a biggie bag they asked me did I want upgrade to a large and add extra nuggets to my meal. When I got my food the bread on my burger was hard as a brick, I didn’t get my extra nuggets they charged me for and my fries were cold. The only thing good about the meal was the large drink.
I work up the street so on days I come to Wendy's, this is my 5th time coming to this location everytime I come my fries an nuggets are ice cold. If the business slow cook less... I'll rather wait for fresh on my lunch break than to not eat cause it cold.... if u wouldn't eat don't serve it. Coming from restaurant manager for 23 years... please do better for the others cause I'm not returning...
Desperately need to train or improve management. When a nugget meal with no one else in line before me takes upwards of 40 minutes, it's a leadership and management problem. Better to close down until you have staff than remain open with the illusion of service. Refunding me wouldn't even pay for the time I've been here.
idk who gassed up my dad’s order tonight but you’re the goat. he came home with dinner for the fam and they dubbed up his burger and dropped me an extra nugget. quality service.
