I had a jbc and the bacon was not Wendy's bacon, not even close. The meat was obviously precooked and held for far too long. Veggies were fresh and good. I just can't get over how stale the meat was and I didn't even get a receipt. This location won't be around much longer serving that when Wendy's is expected. That's not Wendy's and I don't want it.
Food was good. Location had a nice updated dining room. However none of the tables had been cleaned. EVERY table had food residue on it and there was only one other customer in the restaurant. Gross.
The ladies in the drive thru are super sweet and kind. My clinet loves to go to wendys and get a Jr hamburger only tomato and mayo, most of the time the sandwich bread is hard and the patty is burnt. Today I found a piece of plastic on her sandwich. Service is good food is not!!.
I went there late the other night and it was a long wait. I experienced 3 employees and 2 of them were beyond nice and kept apologizing. I told them both no worries as I know on the weekends later in the evening they are usually slammed and doing the best they can. My meal was delicious as well. Just wanted to give them a shout out!
I was expecting fresh warm food considering my wait, but the fries weren't even warm, and I think the burger was probably under the warmer too long because the bun was pretty hard on one side. The service was good.
Food is always good here. Only thing I don't like is if you're paying with a credit card you have to use the kiosk instead of talking to a person. Other than that always good food and friendly employees.
My husband stated: "Wendy's salads are second to Chick-fil-A". He got the Apple Pecan salad. We also ordered a Grilled Chicken, Fries, and 4pc Nuggets.
I have been waiting in the drive thru line now exactly 38 minutes & I only have 2 vehicles in front of me. The same vehicle that was as the speaker when I pulled up is still there. I have watch at least 5-7 cars pull off out of line behind me. This is absolutely ridiculous. The food is usually good, the employees are usually pleasant when speaking, but the wait time is crazy.
