Horribly managed location. Was here 4/27 at 230. My name is Robert Spath and this place is horribly mis managed. Walk in the, the dining room is not stocked, even with drink lids by the freestyle machine. This place doesn't also have the normal drink tea urns sitting out by the freestyle machine like it should on a daily basis and it does not have that neither sitting out for the customers in the dining hall . The floors in the dining room sticky everywhere, place not wiped down at stations or counter. The workers have dry attitudes and don't look to even want to be here, and that's wit them not even opening their mouth to greet you. Looked like someone spilt chocolate frosty on the ground by the wash station by the register on front end by the entrance side door. The lemonade machine you can clearly is dirty and hasn't been cleaned in little over the week. You can tell by the white fly wheel spinning inside and all the sticky splatter on the outside of it. Quiet frankly the front end counter isn't even stocked with cups and such. Which is wild because you need to be prepared for rushes. Last but not least, the Chilli pan, that sits in the heating well, they leave the top off keeping it an under controlled temperature state. Dirty, slow and nasty place. If this place is in this Fashion on just looking at it from across the counter I can only imagine how much more worse it looks on the back and where the customers can't see anything. They need to do a way much more better job in maintaining this facility
This was totally unacceptable. They gave me a spicy chicken sandwich that was literally a hockey puck. I thought I had chipped my teeth on it. I immediately got up and washed my mouth out. The manager was unconcerned with my call and didn’t even say sorry to me.
This is the dirtiest un cleen Wendy's I have ever been in???????? I had to go-to the bathroom and no absolutely not. I would much rather go outside just has not been clean or taken care of in weeks. ????.
This has to be one of the worst Wendy's drive-thru, I have been too. The other night, I ordered a 1/4 Single cheese combo w/o tomatoes, and for $10.80, I received was a jr cheeseburger with everything. Of course I tried to call them to let them know, but of course no answer. So, I called their customer service. The rep said that he spoke to the manager, and that he will call me concerning the matter. But to be honest, I don't expect to hear back from them. It was the nonchalant attitude from the rep that told me all, I needed to know.
Their Pineapple / mango lemonade drink was very good!
Terrible Wendy’s, every time I come here there are little to no cars parked/ in the drive through. Takes 15 minutes to get one basic combo and another 5 for them to take your order all just for your food to be cold and mediocre, The employees want you to leave. For your sake go to another Wendy’s or go to the habit burger next to it, ridiculous.
The lady on the intercom already sounded like she had an attitude when taking our order to start with. Than on our order we had ordered baconator fries and when we pull off and open the bag it’s only cheese and fries. We went back and walked up to the window and the girl is like we ran out of bacon, like girl if you ran out of bacon why couldn’t you say that instead of just sticking it in the bag? Y’all got one star because I have to put one but I would have gave yall a 0 rating
After hearing about Wendy’s new way to screw over customers, I decided to never visit again as I implore all potential customers to do the same. Wendy’s, your food isn’t worth paying the base price for, so why would anyone pay your surge pricing.
I’m certain that this idiotic idea was the brain child of one of your recently hired business school grads who by the way have no experience or relevance in the real world. Perhaps, you should focus on providing good customer service and quality food that doesn’t sit under a warming lamp until all of the flavor is leached out of it.
Instead, you are opting to implement a new approach to extracting more unearned dollars from your already waning customer base. Does this also mean that your employees will receive wage surges during these times for having to work harder and put up with the numerous complaints from customers about your asinine policies?
I asked for extra cheese on my burger when ordering, so they placed four cold pieces of cheese on my burger. The entire burger was cold, bun included. Associate at the window took a long time to cash me out due to not being able to hear two separate customers over the headset (I could hear the customers over the headset from the passenger side of my car). That associate was wearing an AirPod. Cussing at the window.
