0 stars if I could. I would never expect for Wendys to serve kids meals with raw nuggets, imagine if I fed my toddler this? Big deal!
I never go to Wendy’s but with the incentive of a 1¢ burger I figured why not, I downloaded the app and found that my burger had not been applied to my payment once arriving to my destination. I called in to notify them of this and asked to come back to make the payment and pick it up. I ordered a $6 chicken wrap that was open faced, not wrapped whatsoever and poorly made. I was notified that they would not honor my request, I will not be returning.
The food there is usually good but the last visit I found a hair in my fries! I didn't notice it until I felt something weird in my mouth. I had put a few fries in at once. Yuck!
This the first location that actually knows how to use the app, and the scanner works...my sandwich was delicious I ordered #6.
To the staff: I like to see more stocking, table cleaning instead horse playing behind the counter.
Store manager please keep your eyes wide open!
I will definitely return to this location again.
9am on a Monday, they had the floors were being cleaned during business hours. GAS engine running in a restaurant with no doors or windows open.
Came during late night, when the person answered the box you could hear all the people who work there in the background playing around. She took our order we pulled up and you could see all the workers standing around goofing off. We waited 20 mins in the drive thru before we got our food. We got home and the fries and nuggets were not fresh at all. They tasted like they had been sitting.
11/24/23 2:34pm#3091 My husband hesitated to drive thru Wendy’s due to his past bad experiences. I wanted chili so we drove thru; he ordered a nacho burger combo. The man was so insistent on asking questions attempting to grow our order that he did not listen to our order. We got home and his sandwich was an Asiago burger. Frustrated he again said I told you I don’t like driving thru Wendy’s; they just can’t get a simple order correct.
Just got my pecan salad, chicken was hard as a rock,couldn't eat it,I'm hoping I don't get food poisoning, the sad thing I always get my salad from here,because the two other locations,215 and green valley parkway , eastern and warm springs had the same issues, so either the cook or the individual making the salad, doesn't know what fresh means,or doesn't care,retrain,or fire these individuals
