We were on a road trip coming home , and we stopped here. The food was good and fresh and it did not take long. The bathroom and dining room were clean while I was there. Just your everyday wendys.
I don't like leaving bad reviews, but the last time I got 2 small burgers with my mom in the drive thru, it had a big Ole bug init. Super gross and unsanitary, I will not go back again. Even wards road kfc does a better job cleaning than this dump
Took about 12 - 13 minutes to get our order with only one other order inside at the time (our order for 2 & other customers were for 3). No one else inside. Gave us the wrong burger. Gave other customers our burger. Had to wait again! AND no dreamsicle frostys...they said "only served some days". Had chocolate frostys only! Sad slow experience.
Got a biggie bag and came with no chicken nuggets. got another 4for4and only came with 3 chicken nuggets. Got a hamburger & chicken sandwich paid extra for the bacon and then had no bacon on either. Also the chicken sandwich had no sauce. Got 4 drinks 3 was small 1 was medium. I should have gotten 2 medium & 2 small. I don’t recommend, poor customer service, one girl always giving attitude, slamming things down & complaining about hating her job. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
I ordered two taco salad’s and didn’t get no silverware to eat my taco salad didn’t get any chips to go with my taco salad no salsa no sour cream so basically I got a salad and a chili but that was supposed to have been a taco salad if you have other choices to eat somewhere else it might be a good idea the sad thing is they won’t answer the phone so you could let them know
How is this place still open? Slow, no "thank you", just a "here you go". Fries old and cold. Chili cold and big chunks of burger, looked like the cut a burger in four pieces and put in beans. Nasty and totally unacceptable. Is it any management there?
This Wendys never has what I go for. Its been going on for awhile now but this is my first review. In the past I went 3 times in one week to get a taco salad. Then today I went to get a cream cicle frosty, guess what, they dont have any. But they have a big sign right at the register that say CREAM CICLE FROSTY.
Nothing but a bunch of kids that work in Wendy's. Half the time they don't even answer the drive-thru I'm walking in is a nightmare.
