i’m never one to leave bad reviews but the laziness from this location has to be real. i understand if you’re short staffed and everything, but there’s no reason a cheese fry should look like THIS. not to mention, the food was so cold when i got it. didnt even get to enjoy or eat the food. very disappointed.
Went through the drive thru to get my breakfast order, and when I said what I wanted. The girl in the speaker said "I cannot get to those at the moment". With a very loud tone. As to say they had them, she was just too lazy to try to fulfill my order. Poor customer service.
Previously I had left a 3 star Review for this location - it was typical cold and old food the 3-4 times I have been here to eat.
Today however I had the best Wendy's I have had in 10 years no ex·ag·ger·a·tion!!!
Fantastic hot fries and classic chicken sandwich. Tasted like a different place. The staff was also amazing. I felt like I was at a chipotle or panara bread not Wendy's. Attractive ladies well put together and beautiful smiling faces. Wow. I ordered my food to go but ended up staying to watch and take a few pics/vids for my review. I almost stopped to tell them what a great job but I chickened out with a few other customers at the register.
This place always surprises me. I have lived here my whole life and randomly remember it's there every few months, and the service, no matter the year, is great! This time, I had a sweet woman helping us in one of the busy drive-through bursts. This girl was holding the fort down, taking orders, runninghead set, making drinks, packing food, taking money, and doing it without missing a beat. I knew she was stressed, I was stressed watching cars pile in. Our 6-person full order was perfect, and our drinks even special, no ice ones were perfect. We only have 5 Wendy's around, and this is always my favorite one!
Bernice is the reason for the 5 stars. She went out of her way to make sure our kids were happy and entertained. You just don't see this kind of service from a fast food restaurant.
Shift change at 10pm should not take 33 mins.. a manager should pull the previous Drawer and give the new worker a new drawer!!! Yall be out of so much it's pointless to come here!! And also no ice in drinks!! Ordered a 10 piece nugget regular all for them to put spicy and regular nuggets.. their frosty machine was dirty I have pics!!! Just insane u can't go get a quick bite to eat without a headache!!
Late night dinner just drove from rock hill going to the beach food was correct and good fries were not hot and fresh but nothing an airfryer couldn't fix.
couldn't even take my order without asking 2 times what drink and what size. I finally make it to the window and I sat there for 10 minutes just listening to her yell at her co worker. I miraculously get my food, I get to where I'm going and it's wrong. Amazing service
