They’ve improved significantly the last couple months. I pick up Doordash orders on the regular, and they do a great job tending to both drive thru and front staff. I’ve rarely had customers I’ve delivered to text me that their food was wrong. They do a better job than they get credit for! Service and food much better than McDonald’s on Federal.
My meal was absolutely delicious, I hadn't been here in years and it was nice remembering the times me and my mother used to spend there before she passed. It was extremely clean and the employees were very courteous. The food was served pretty quickly but with the size of the kitchen I can imagine things slowing down a bit regardless I'm not into this whole new fad of getting your food instantly, as a chef I can tell you there is a time when your food comes way too fast and people should learn the difference.
The customer is usually pretty okay! But every time me and my household gets a online order something is ALWAYS forgotten so we have to go back out and get it! Which is ridiculous its already paid for everything should be there! Usually staff is understanding and gives our missing item but it happens every single time! Food tastes good but Online Orders need to do better they are already paid for I would expect to have all my food!
Drive thru and it was good. Friendly lady. But took a few minutes for food and frosty's to be ready. Didn't mind though.
Most disgusting place I've been to. Dining area, every table was gross, the floor was covered in nasty stickiness. I will never go again
So we went in there we ended up getting three meals two baconators one spicy cheese with queso french fries and baconator fries and we got a 20 piece chicken nugget and they screwed everything up so my husband had to go in the next day and get our food redone because the chicken sandwiches well no the baconator was a chicken sandwich yeah chicken sandwiches on pretzel buns so yeah I was a little irritated Don't go there at night only go there during the day and don't try DoorDashing because they screw that up too friend of mine just had a door dash done and they didn't even put cheese on his baconator.
Oh boy... where do we start... the bathroom was locked, okay, but it was also disgusting and trashed. There were many mistakes in our order. When a customer tried to discuss the issues with the manager, she retorted with "OH WOW! thanks for the confidence boost!" Rolled her eyes and walked away. Everyone was astounded! The food was trash, even our kids wouldn't eat it. Overall poor experience.
ETA forgot to also mention the speed. It took like 10 minutes to order, (no one was in front of us) and then another 15 or so to get our food (again, no one ahead of us)
I had to ask staff to wipe off counter that had mud hay and other health safety hazards and had to tell staff that they shouldnt be serving or placing anything on their counter. The cashier said, "I will do that" and proceeded to prepare food orders for guests without addressing sanitary issue promptly. The manager appeared about 2 min later to wipe the counter with only a disposable wipe no sanitizer and no apology for condition of establishment. Condiment counter was discheveled and also contaminated with debree. I was then receiving order but instead of giving the paying adult for a to-go order, the beverages for kids meals, the children were given the beverages and began fighting due to this undermining. When I had taken drinks back to defuse the situation of young children I asked the cashier for a bag for beverages; again he acknowledged the request and failed to fullfill upon request. I stood another 5 minutes after the 5 having already been there, holding my childrens beverages until 3 children meals were ready. Then again the cashier undermined me as a parent and proceded to hand out bags to kids again causing an issue needing resolution. Upon my exit with 3 young children ages 5,7 and 8 the cashier concured with a guest comment of my being a "B****". All I feel I did with over 15 years of food sevice was attempt to protect the health of consumers and assist in the betterment of Wendy's business practices. Absolutely rude, unprofessional management and staff; unclean atmosphere and food was cold too! Far from recommendation. Photo: cheese not melted( danger zone) fries floppy(sign of age).
