I pulled up here @ 7:57am to pick up my mobile order. Was at the box for about 5 mins before someone acknowledged me & was told my order wasn’t in the system. Because I couldn’t find my exact order in time the woman started asking for my order repeatedly so I just drove to the window. She comes to the window & says she can’t find my order so I proceed to show her the order confirmation, a guy comes out & says the same thing. Now I’m confused because I’m showing them the order & asked if they need the order # she says we can’t find it by the order # & I don’t like how you’re screaming at me (not screaming) my voice is elevated because there’s a disconnect & she has a headset on. She then says I’m not going to accept your order because I don’t like how you’re speaking to me?! Then the guy comes back out & says to place my order again & go back around. I do that to be told by yet another employees that “his manager” said I was rude to her & he can’t fulfill my order. So just waste my time for a second time? I wasn’t rude to her which I expressed & once I asked for her name he goes to speak to her again & says he’ll just make my order. Thanks to him. Otherwise, if she’s a manager she needs to learn how to speak to customers herself & be more efficient. I placed the order & clearly there was an issue on their end.
What a joke. Waited in the drive through for most of my lunch break just for the lady to start hollering “WE IS ONLY TAKIN INSIDE ORDURS” through the speaker and kept yelling the same thing louder and louder with a huge attitude. Food would have probably sucked anyways. DONT go to this Wendy’s, didn’t know they let children work there.
I came to this Wendy's on 5/4/24 @ 9:30pm. Ordered 2 plain hamburgers. Was told it would be a short wait for fresh burgers. 30 minutes later I still get burgers with cheese! I ask for a refund and the supposed manager then gets an attitude with me. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will never be coming here again and recommend you don't as well.
This Wendy’s was probably one of the worst I visited. It was lunch time and the line was wrapped around the building so I opted to go inside. I ordered the pretzel burger meal which took about 20 minutes to Come out. The facility was not clean with dirty tables and used cups in random places. I took my order when they called my name ready to eat. It was someone else’s order of just a regular burger. I was beyond upset but had already exceeded my lunch break so I couldn’t go back. I won’t be back to this Wendy’s.
The floor was real slick, the food was ok and my coffee was Luke warm. They did not have any little creamers gave me a small carton. The young lady at the checkout was helpful. But they need some serious help with food service and cleaning of their dining area.
At 2 p.m., I asked for iced coffee, none. An orange frosty, none, and so i asked for a cinnabon. They had it. But each time I made a request, the cashier had to check and ask. It took me 7 minutes to order from the drive-thru. Not to mention the speaker was wonky.
Once inside, I inquired about the issue and was informed that the employees were not taking drive-thru orders despite no apparent issues. My experience at this particular Wendy's restaurant has been unsatisfactory due to staff members appearing to be under the influence of drugs while working and receiving a burnt fish sandwich. As such, future visits from me are no longer.
I stopped here after leaving church to head to another church which was the only thing that spared the lady at the drive-thru, God. She was extremely rude. She didn't speak clearly when informing me that it was card only so when I asked her to repeat herself she did so, rudely. I waited 15 minutes to get my order and when it was brought out there was no apology for the wait, nothing was said at all. The only positive thing was that the food was hot. If you ladies don't like your job, find another one but be thankful in the meantime that someone actually hired you with your nasty attitudes.
