I would like to know why this Wendy's leaves it's okay to cheat their customers. I ordered a family-sized chili which according to the information I found online it's supposed to be 3 lb 12 oz. It was 3 lb 4.6oz that's almost 8 oz less. Doesn't seem like much but that is almost the size of a small chili which is around $3. I'm sure that if an employee took $3 from them multiple times a day they would be upset, so why is it any different when they defraud the customer. The response I received when I called the store was that they have to leave room in the container so that it doesn't spill. I'm sure the marketing people at Wendy's corporate we're quite capable of figuring out the correct size container to use. The worst part is there was never an I'm sorry. Take some customer service classes folks. The service recovery at all three of the Chillicothe Wendy's leaves a lot to be desired. Of course that they would give better service to start with they would not need service recovery.
This store has really gone down hill. The food and drinks are inconsistent. I had to pull to the side and wait 15 minuets for 1 sandwich when the inside is closed and there are no other cars in the drive thru. Good thing my coffee was fresh from yesterday (tasted like it) Made a comment to the manager that I was disappointed with the service and was told to go somewhere else. So take it from the manager and go somewhere else.
Simply got a Dave's double. Fresh made but all the wrong way. I had to tell counter person 2 x what I wanted on it. Once I drove away and started eating it, things I did not order or want on it, were.
I will admit, it was very good, would have been perfect if it came the way I ordered it.
Clean restaurant....I mean clean!
Was there February 17th around 3:30pm and the manager was very nice and helpful too!
Food was fresh and delicious.

Drive thru food was cold I didn't have time to go back and complain.
David at 6:27 on December 10th 2023, wouldn't make things right. ASKED for chicken nuggets being out to replace with just plain chicken patty from $1.99 sandwich. We were charged for them on the mobile app but then them not having regular nuggets was NOT conveyed to us until we showed up. We were offered fries, frosty, or spicy chicken nuggets instead. We explained that due to our dietary restrictions (diabetes (have to limit carbs) and multiple stomach issues (IBS, GERD, ect) we couldn't do all the extra carbs from a frost or extra fries, or the spice of spicy nuggets). We made a very simple ask a plain chicken patty in replacement of the nuggets. We were told that if that's what we wanted we would have to pay an additional $3-4 for the plain chicken patty to replace the nuggets we already paid for when the chicken sandwich only costs $1.99. How does this even make sense your going to Charge up to double what the sandwich costs when you sell it outright for half that, to replace something you couldn't give me and still charge me for the thing that is missing? While there we witnessed an employee that was upset due to poor inventory and management of shift prep, she said something to management and took out her phone and took a picture I hope someone higher up see's it. We were able to drive down the road 3min to another Wendy's and get great, fast, reliable, and respectful service. I hope this helps someone to prevent them from having a similar experience. We will also be contacting corporate. But this location has lost any repeat service from us or our family and really doesn't reflect well on their brand. This was also our daughter's birthday (which I told them) and that made it even worse!
Bit into the hamburger and a long hair ran through it. Went inside to return it and saw the prep dude with long hair making the sandwiches. Wear a hairnet.
