Ordered the Cinnabon pull aparts and theses mfs dryer than the sahara
Bought 47 dollars in food after my surgery today for my mom and son. Was gonna try the chili for the first time ever that I paid for got to the other side of town to find out I didn't get my chili. Foods great as always but hate paying so much and not receiving everything.
A door to access the inside where you have to walk inside a fenced area to get to was locked so I had to walk around there was no sign the door was locked. We specifically went to wendys to try the orange dreamsicle frosty to be told after ordering that they were out so we needed to get a refund. If you are out put a sign up or block it out on the menu. Half their drink selections were out on the self serving soda machine and their staff was unapologetic and slow. We should have gotten a refund for the drinks but had already processed a refund for the frostys and didnt want to deal with another one. I've never had a worse experience with a wendys before. If I wanted to eat at a place where things weren't available and slow I would have eaten at home.
I come in here at least once a week and order almost $40 worth of chicken nuggets and burgers and the first time in a long time they messed up on my one order I went back maybe 25 minutes after going through drive-thru and the gentleman at the front counter was so sweet he fixed the mess up made me feel heard and made my order right on top of my second order of food that I ordered a second time when I went in you guys are doing an awesome job very proud to say that I enjoy Wendy's once again especially this Wendy's
Bought a Frosty and it came to $3.24. I did not want a bunch of coins so I gave the gal $5.25. She put in $5 cash and gave me back $1.76.
I confirmed that I gave her the $.25 with the $5.00. She then said she was giving it back because I'd given her to much. I asked where was it since she only gave me back $1.76. I also tried to help with the Math. NOPE did not work. I finally gave up after a couple of minutes because I was late getting back to work.
Please train your people how to handle Cash.
Amazing location. Extremely clean, busy employees and great food. The bathrooms were spotless.

Had the worst service at Wendy's had to wait 20 minutes just going thru drive thru lobby wasn't open
