Such great staff made sure our order was exactly what we wanted. Very pleasant cashier. Everything was fresh and hot.
I ordered three, 6 piece nuggets through the app for pickup through the drive thru. I sat in the drive thru for a total of 30mins. As I pulled up enough to be able to see into the store, through the glass of the drive thru, from the ones I could see, employees were just standing around while the drive thru was loaded with cars. I know I watched 6 cars get out of line and leave because of the wait. I also need to mention that the inside was empty. Once I received my food, the nuggets were warm at best. I'm guessing speed isn't, or wasn't, a job requirement for the employees.
Last two visits I pulled from drive thru to go to another place to eat. First time they said "we are going through shift change at 5pm and will be 15 minutes before anyone would be assisted". Second time (also at 5pm) a "customer" was having a personal conversation with the attendant through the damn mic! No ordering, just wasting the whole lines time. I wasn't the only one to leave the line with my money. Going inside is no better as all the staff are
rude. Place is always a pigsty with sticky floors.
I did not get my food. Too dirty. I stopped here on the weekend of 16 March. When I went to the drive-thru, there was no response to wait, or we will be with you in just a moment. After I said hello, the worker, on the other end, said, "Wait a minute." Then he came back to me. I kept smelling weed and didn't know where it came from, and there was a worker smoking weed right outside the door of the building next to the drive-thru. Got up to the window, and I could see the place was just dirty. Grease on the window cups and other consumables all over the place in the kitchen. It was nasty looking just from what I could see. This prompted me to leave. I was not going to eat food that came from a facility that dirty. I would recommend never stopping there.
I would give them a 0 but thats not an option.Went to drive thru No car was in line. Took 10 min ask me for my order.Then after I told them 1 item they told me hold on which took another 5-10 min.When I made a comment about Noone being in line the person taking orders in the speaker told me if I wanted to place an order I could come inside.I pulled off.Totally disrespectful whoever was on the headset. Very unprofessional.
I went through the drive thru last night, I got the mozzarella chicken sandwich and when I got my food my whole sandwich was in the bottom of the bag fully apart, I asked them if they could remake it and they said they wouldn’t, I then asked to speak to a manger and she said she wouldn’t do anything. Don’t go here at all the chili also made me really sick don’t recommend. Also after she said she would “try to fix it” she just put it in a new wrapper and she had no gloves on at all.
This place either is always having payment problems so they’re closed, out of something, or simply take forever. If you have another location near you just go there. The people at the window are nice most of the time but that’s about it. Probably the worst Wendy’s I have been to
Pull up to the drive through they said system down come back in 15 min. Come back they say they are currently closed short staffed. Not a single person in line in the drive through. The owner of this location is being robbed by their own employees not working lying to everyone saying their system is down or they are short staffed when it’s not even a single soul there ordering or dining in. Don’t come here and waste your time.
