The staff here are friendly and wonderful. We walked in and they were promptly working on our order. Observed staff and customer engagements with good vibes. It's definitely one of the nicer dine-in experiences at a fast food establishment. The interior is well maintained and clean. There is plenty of parking outside. Mobile order for chicken nuggets and large fries. Spent less than eight dollars for two people with BOGO 10 pc deal and reward redemption through the Wendy's app. Will be back sooner than later for the limited time only pumpkin spice frosty. ????
Went through the drive-through. On a Thursday around lunchtime so it was relatively busy. I was really impressed because the staff all seemed genuinely happy and friendly. They even got my order right! Had the pull-apart Cinnabon and it was warm and so so so good!
I really like Wendy's, but they have gone downhill every year. Working on the road, I used to choose from the dollar menu. This no longer exists. The 2 item meal that used to cost $2 is now over $8. Just since my last visit, less than 2 weeks ago, the price for just my burger had increased by $1.38. I'm just about done with fast food!
I dined in. Taco bell would not take my order at the counter, they told me I had to place an order at their kiosk. I left and came here next door. Wendy's happily took my order at the counter. It took a little while to get my order placed because they were busy but the burger was ready 2 minutes after ordering. My burger was greasier than average, but my bar is now set at being able to place my order with a real person and the burger was perfectly fine.
Food was just as expected, made quick and arrived hot.
I'd give them 5 stars but the entrance was dirty where someone spilled food. The floor was extremely slick. I had on tennis shoes and I slid like I was on ice. I told the cashier and they said they would fix it, but it was still that way when we left. So dangerous!
Great service! Food was good, and you can't go wrong with a frosty. I really appreciate it when staff is properly trained and provides excellent customer service. Thank you.
This location has been on top of things for a while. Fast, friendly, and accurate. The only thing I dislike is the parking and the drive through line. If it's busy hours, don't park up front or you'll have a fun time trying to get out.
UPDATE** Wendy's has shrunk their frosty sizes so their mediums look like smalls and their larges looked like mediums. I asked if the frosty was a medium and they acknowledged that it was so my order wasn't messed up. It tastes great but I felt deceived due to the size.
